I think you missed the mark on Tanks, Scraps, and Stalkers. I think most Tanks were asking for Electric Armor / Melee. What did they get? Dark Sorry guys, that's -1 in my book.

There's a lot of other cool stuff, fortunately. Mental Manipulation for Blasters? Gadzooks!

I'm glad Defenders are getting Cold Domination. I had that on a Corrupter but I never got the armor powers because it didn't fit my villain concept.

Also, I think it's important to remember that the devs have said this is only the "first round" of Powerset Proliferation. So if there's a powerset you wanted to see on a certain AT, it might still show up.

I'm surprised they gave scrappers the fire sets. They will be interesting to see in action, scrapper-side. I've got a fire tank who I enjoy, this might make me consider re-rolling him.

I was kind of hoping for ninjitsu for scrappers though, that would be fun. Or electric armour/melee for scrappers and tanks.
I'm not horribly disappointed though, because I have heard that these are not the only powers that will eventually be ported over- this is just a start. So I'll wait and see.

I'm also hoping brutes get access to broadsword eventually, that is a fun set to play!
And plant controllers? Hella cool!

At this pont I would even be happy with a band aid one.

Also I agree with many others, I think Red side got a bit of the shaft on this.

I try to stay positive (yes I know I fail at times), but it is frustrating for us to be so vocal about what we want, then feel like it is ignored.

I love the villain additions! Can't wait to make /storm corrs and MMs, and elec/ corrs! Got plans for a pickaxe brute too! Eh on the new hero sets. I might make an /ice def, or a fire scrapper, but most of my new alts will be villains.

For the folks saying Villains are being *hated*.. come now.. Really.

Have you thought that maybey.. JUST MAYBEY.. the dev's will listen when you stop posting the *4chan-style* replies? HMM? How likely is it that they will listen when most PVP/Villain flavor posts come off like a screaming child in Wal-Mart?

Please explain in a REASONABLE manner.. why/how they hate villains.

I can see it now.. Plant/Kin trollers.. bbq-scrappers.. Shovel/brutes.. bot/storm MM's.. mmm such sweet chaos.

Do you know what Chilling Embrace does? -32% recharge to essentially all critters around you. The logical response is "Well don't take Chilling Embrace!" Except it also imparts a -14% damage debuff. That's a good thing for an armor set, and a better thing for a Defense-based set(Especially with the option of Tough being available so you can get as much resistance and -DMG as possible!). Hibernate is also counterintuitive of Fury, and the sight of a Brute ally cowering in a shell of ice is... less than inspiring.

Oh sure, give heroes Thermal heals and Empathy heals - Thermal buffs and Cold Domination buffs. And villains get.... /storm... twice over.

Lots of folks wanted Electric for Tanks and Scrappers, but I don't think Dark and Fire are bad choices. I'm sure they'll turn out fine, and hopefully we'll get Electric in a later issue.

SR for Brutes? I'm not sure anyone wanted that. Hopefully they figure out a way for Ice to work for Brutes in a later issue.

I'm liking Storm for corruptors (which we knew about) and for MMs (which we didn't). The controller and dominator choices will probably work out fine as well, though I'm not fiending to play them or anything. Defenders with Cold are probably a good fit.

Psy blasters still sound beastly.

Anyway, keep up the good work devs. And please please get us more cross-over sets for I13.

Totally unsurprised by Fire/ and /Fire for Scrappers. Those wer, IMO, the easiest direct ports most in line with existing Scrapper powersets.

Dark Armor on a Tank is actually potentially incredible in most of PvE. I actually look forward to that.

A Defender with Cold as a primary... my God. I didn't expect that one. And I'm pretty surprised to see Controllers get /Thermal.

I'm sort of on board with folks who say Villains got the shaft in this deal, particularly from a PvP perspective. A lot of people talk about the lack of parity in Hero/Villain powers, and two of the best Villain powersets ported over to Heroes (along with whatever a Psi Blaster primary brings). The reverse is not true, IMO.

I'll be interested to see the actual powersets, but without knowing specifics my thought is I wouldn't touch an Elec/ or /Elec Stalker with a 10' pole, and I say that as someone who enjoys his Stalkers (in PvE no less). Storm for MMs and Corrs is nice in PvE. Not impressed with Elec Blast for Corrs, but I haven't messed with the set in a long time, so maybe it's OK these days.

Have to agree with the feeling that Villain sets that Heroes got pale to what Villains got from Heroes.

I see Cold/Psy/Power Defenders mauling anything and everything Villain side in PvP.

Villain VEATS need to be REALLY good to make up for this.
