4. Was there ever a plan to redeem Lord Recluse as per the belief from Ms. Liberty that he could one day be saved?

5. Would the incarnate powers have eventually run past the omega slot? if so were there any concepts?

A couple questions:

1) Was Sister Psyche's death an excuse for a character redesign, like I figured it was? (Since her costume was the most dated of the Phalanx members) Redesigning her costume would have been as simple as her mind-riding the body of a brain-dead woman. Voila, new look.

2) How was Manticore NOT kicked out of the Phalanx after the events of the first SSA? I mean, the entire series of events is basically his fault.

3) Were there any plans to involve Synapse and Citadel in more future storylines?

4) Was there a plan to go deeper into the relationship between Penny Yin and the Clockwork King?

5) Recent events hinted at Manticore going at least as far as Vigilante and Scirocco turning Hero. Were there any plans of that happening?

Just sitting here trying to think of something and I'm just curious about what in your option was the worst exploit in the games history?

Was there ever a plan to have a "Vigilante" super group. Some of the comments and questions here seem to point to a lot of the signature heroes and villains being close to switching sides. Lady Liberty, Manticore, and Scirroco teaming up?

Was there ever a plan to put story content in Boomtown, Crey's Folly, Perez Park, and Eden? With the "you are now seeing the world through X's view", I would think that you could have actually put a story arc in Crey's Folly where you clean things up, and the water becomes blue again.

Who were the Devs' favorite NPC characters? What were their favorite story arcs?

What special and regular buffs are on the Rikti, Heavys, and U'Kon Gr'ai in the bowl of the Rikti Mothership before and after U'Kon Gr'ai spawns?
^I noticed some time ago they had some Pink Regeneration Aura-ish effect that gave them a TON of protection.

How, exactly, is the Mothership Raid timer calculated? How much time for each Pylon, GM, Bomb, Rikti on the ship, etc. is given?
^I had this completely wacky theory run through my head that would take A LOT of people, and I would've like to have done it with all 50's. But to know if it was possible to actually blow up the entire mothership, and gain max time, would be awesome.

Why don't Rikti Drop Ships give a reward for taking them down?

Why was the Battalion powering their ships with Kheldians, and would we have had the opportunity to save the race of Kheldians?

I was never much of a lore junkie but i always wondered what was the story behind the low level coralax in that pond outside the walls of grandville?

In case I don't get another chance I want to thank you(all of the other CoH staff as well) for your work on this game. Even though I didn't agree with many of your decisions, I respect all the blood and sweat you invested in something as trivial as my recreation. Good luck to all of you in the career world.

1)The Ouroboros ship is located where exactly? Far off in the future or past? Is it something we could have changed? Explain how we get to the point of our fully incarnate selves fighting echoes on the crashed ouro ship.

2)The big dirt mountain in Talos, next to the tram. Why was that even there? Was it to hide something? The reason I ask is I never understood why it was not removed when WW was introduced, why did we take away a skyscraper to put WW there when we could have removed that mountain of dirt? Did a Ley line pass through it?

What were your plans for Praetorian Hamidon? Was there going to be a trial against him? What was he supposed to look like? Was there any connection between Praetorian Hamidon and Battalion (I remember that you (Posi) ran some kind of AE arc where worlds not devoured by Battalion were overrun by Hamidon or something to that effect)

I don't want to piss in the soup but if the revival effort pays dividends, do we really want all the spoilers out there? Maybe the answers could be written down when you guys meet on the 12th and maybe wait a bit to reveal.

Hmm sorry if this got asked before but what was the deal with Penelope Yin growth spurt. Was the time continuity reflecting real life in a way or did you have your own personal timeline?

1) Is Ice Mistral in love with Scirocco? If so, how much of that (if any) is due to his tampering with her mind with the Malleus Mundi, and how much real (since she still seems to be willing to change for him even as recently as I24 Beta)?

So everyone in Repeat Offenders plays the "Who's the hidden dev in RO" game, but we would like to finally solve the mystery of who was in the Repeat Offenders or ran with us? We do have some confirmed generalizations but it'd be nice to know for sure.

Were the Mu ever going to make a comeback an separate from Arachnos?

Was Arachnos ever going to be defeat, this includes Lord Recluse and his Patrons?

What was the history of the Knives of Artemis? Why did Malta need them? Were they a division of Malta or separate from them? Why did Malta hire them? Why did they agree to work with Malta or were they forced to? Why did Indigo leave the Knives? Were there only 100 sisters? Were any super-powered or all natural?

Who were the creators of Malta? Were they created out of fear of Supers or did the exist long ago in another form? What were their long term goals?

What happened to Crey Industries? Are they still around since the Countess was exposed? Or did the get bought out? Was Crey truly responsible for Outbreak or was it and accident? Was Outbreak derived from the waters in Mercy that made the people super? What was their plans for Outbreak? Is the Reverent Hero Project shut down or secretly going somewhere else?

Did the Rikti create the Lost in attempt to turn Primal humans into Rikti? If so what happened that the lost never changed over? There was a Primal soldier in a Story Arc in the War Zone ones that had become a Rikti completely. Or did the Lost do it to themselves?

Why was Hero1 able to be changed into the Honoree if he was an incarnate? Is he still magic based? How was Rikti technology able to work on him?

Why did the Rikti get rid of magic and gods? How was this possible and when did this happen? Why did the Battalion alter them? Why were the Rikti able to beat the Battalion? Why was there no Incarnate Rikti? Was their ever a Marcus Cole Rikti? Were there Kheldian and Nictus to the Rikti did they ever encounter them? It is mentioned the Rikti attacked Praetoria and were defeated. Why? Same Rikti or a Parallel version of them as well? What was the point where their history and primal earths went into different courses?

Why is Praetoria on islands? Where is it located? Still in Rhode Island? What ever happened to the Circle of Thorns and Mu? What happened to the Rogue Islands? Does Hami control all the world outside of Praetoria? Cole has an Empire I was sure if there were other cities that were safe from Hami (like something similar in Final Fantasy Spirits Within). How do they deal with population outgrowing the space they have? How is Hamidon equal in power to an Incarnate, especially after Cole gets more power from the Well? Were does Hami get its power then? Same source? This question applies to the Primal one as well and what are the differences, if any between the two Hami versions?

Would we have been apart of or get to know what would happen to Praetoria after Cole's defeat? Is he dead? Powerless and in prison? Is he in prison with his powers? What about the others like Mayhem and Neuron etc are they dead? What would have become of them after a trial if any? Was Cole really evil? He does seem to be evil. He seems misguided at best and his attentions of doing right was good, even if a bit off. Why did he kill Recluse? Or is Pra's version secretly alive?

Why can Vanguard and the Heroes/Villians take the fight to Cole but not take the fight to Arachnos? Why is Arachnos considered a sovereign nation when it is clearly a major? Why is this allowed? Why to do other nations allow this?

Council Empire earth, how did they come to power and when? Did the Center lead them? Did they have ties to the Nictus? Were was their versions of Cole and Recluse and Incarnates? Was the Council Empire world originally the Axis America earth? Did they suddenly rise at perhaps the same time as the 5th Column/Counsel war began? And succeed in over throwing the Nazi government?

In Axis America, was Cole in the US Military or simply a mercenary as stated in Reichsman's profile. Where was Recluse? Killed or never existed? Why join the Nazis? Why not killer Hitler and take over? Reichsman was the head of that worlds 5th Column? What happen to Hitler? Did he die during the war or continue to live to die of old age? Did Reichsman then take over if not why not? What were the members of the Amerika Korps? Were they exact opposites to the Primals like the Praetorians were to Primals or different members? What happened Amerika Corps once they were sent back? Why didnt Reichsman try to contact them and bring them through? Is his absence what caused the the Council Empire to come about? (This theory assumes everything was in place for a quick takeover with little resistance if it wasn't expected) If the Council Empire and Axis are not the same why did Axis disappear?

What is the Well of Furies? How did it come to be? Is it evil? What does it need a Champion? Is it being directed by something and why? Can one break free of the Well? Can one dominate the Well? Are Incarnates on the same power level as gods? Or are they Demigods? Are Demigods/Gods tied to the Well in any fashion? Is that how they got their divinity? Is Rularuu the Ravager more powerful then gods since he can obviously devour Universes? What is his view of the Well? What does the Well think of him? Is he more powerful then the Well? Does he get his powers from the well? Is he the Well? Why was the Well buried? Why did magic and supers disappear from the world? Why did everything suddenly become myths? Or did they still continue to exist, openly or secretly?

The Battalion in the Primal Universe are they the same ones that attempted to conquer the Rikti Universe and failed the moved to Primal Universe? If not how come there is no Battalion in Praetoria? Are the Battalion more then aliens? Are the connected to Rularuu or no?

Is the Coming Storm tied to the Battalion? What does the Coming Storm do that causes the entire universe to come to an end in about 6,000 or so years? Why does it take that long? If the Battalion are responsible how are they able to wipe out Billions of stars? Why do we need to travel through time?

What is the origin of the Ouroboros and the Origin of the Ice and Fire Citadel/Pillars? The groups that you found the Ouroboros/Cimerora that are from the present, was their another entity (besides Dream Doctor) or organization altering history to help make sure the Coming Storm occurs? Example would be the Outbreak mission in which you have to go back in time to once again stop it since something attempted to alter it so the Outbreak virus was never contained.

What happened to Cimerora and its people? Where was it located? What year did it take place in? Why does no one remember it? What happened to Imperious did he die? Wouldn't he be immortal like Statesman in that he couldn't age and die by normal means? Where was the Roman Empire? Was Romulus Augustus the same that ruled Roman sometime between 450 A.D. to nearly 500 A.D? How does Cimerora fit into the Roman world?

Did you ever plan to add other lost civilizations like Atlantis or Shangra-La? Since Excalibur existed does that mean Camelot existed as well? Arthur Pendragon? Is Hero1 a ancestor of Arthur Pendragon (since Pendragon in Praetoria is named that)?

What was Hero 1's real name? What was his father, Hero One's real name? What was their family History? How did Hero One die? Why the different name spells?

Lady Grey? Who is she? Who is the Dark Watcher? Is there more then one of him the multiverse? What are their real names? Where did they get their powers? How old are they? Are they humans from the future? How did get the UN to create Vanguard? Was Vanguard designed just to combat the Rikti or did she know of The Battalion and the Coming Storm? In the hero zone Grey says its worst then the predictions? Does she somehow know of the mission from Ouroboro to stop the Shivans when they hit Atlas? How would she know if a hero/villain never told her of their mission?

What would have happened to the Wincotts? Its been forever now since his Kid was saved. Why was there no follow up on them like Penelope Yin? What happens to Penelope Yin, Jim Temblor and Fusionette, in fact what is Fusionette's real name and what would Penelope's Superhero name be? What was the Nuclear 90 true origins? What happened to them? Why was nothing ever done with them? Do they all have the same abilities? Could one be Invulnerability and have Super Strength? Or is that not possible?

Were there any plans to add more city zones? It seems like there was still more to Paragon to explore beyond the current zones. Were you ever going to update zones like Crey's Folly or Boomtown to show that the city was beginning to reclaim these zones?

Was their any plans to overhaul the entire base system, including the way you can design them and the prestige requirements? Did you ever feel the bases at some point became obsolete? I know originally you did this with lowering prestige costs, ability to add more then one teleport beacon to a telepad.

What was the reason that the Praetorian Vanessa DeVore never became evil and yet the Primal version did? What was DeVore's history like in Praetoria and as well as Giovanna Scaldi of Preatoria? How is it possible that there is a physical Giovanna Scaldi (Primal side) if she is dead? Is she a project that DeVore can do?

Was their any plans of the Leviathan? Would it be used in the Coming Storm?
What are the Minions of Igneous? What is Igneous or is it their species name? Why were they in the Hollows?

What was the purpose of the gateway under the Hollows? Was it where the Igneous came from? Why was it never used again? What kinda of gateway is it? Door to another universe? Another planet? Another plane of existence?

Was anything ever going to be done with the Snakes?

What happened to Salamanca after the the events that transpired there? Was the areas offical name Croatoa was it it's nickname? Why was Croatoa outside of Paragon? Is First Ward in the same spot that Samanca/Croatoa is in Primal?

What was to happen with First Ward and Night Ward? What is the Vortex?

What made you choose to use or expand the myths of the Greek/Roman eras?

Why wasn't Egypt's myths used at all? Or was it and I missed something?

What made you choose Zeus for Statesman and Tartarus for recluse instead of Hades for example? And why is Recluse like a spider? Did Tartarus look like a spider too? I didn't find any references to Tartarus being a spider so I am confused. What were Cole and Richter like before they transformed? Did Recluse always believe in the Fittest should Survive? Why name himself Recluse?

How did the Mu join Arachnos? The Mu were based on the lost civilization of Mu but what were the Oranbegans based off? Where the Mu and Oranbegans seperate originaly? Or did Mu come from Oranbega? Was Mu'Rhakmet a Oranbegan who founded Mu? What happened to Mu'Rhakemt after the war? What territories did the Mu and Oranbega control? Where any of the Oranbega of alternate universes planned to be more developed, same a world where the Mu won?

Were other gods mentioned to make it into the game?

What is the truth behind the events that lead to the destruction of the War Walls in Siren's Call by Sunburst? Was he truly setup? If so why and by whom?

Were the Furies to ever appear in the game?
Where the Moirai (The Fates) ever to appear in the game?

What happens to Maelstrom and Desdemona and how does Desdemona get DeVore's mask? I can't find that anywhere.

Thats all my questions, idk if they were all ever answered I tired to find out via ParagonWiki. Maybe I missed a few of them. I know I didn't get a chance to play a lot of the villian story arcs so I am sure I missed that too.

1.First, here's a question I asked way back on the beta forums. I love how no one is ever 'killed', just 'defeated', it really fits in with the four-color setting. However, is there an in-canon reason that an assault rifle or fire blaster doesn't actually kill people?

2. Battalion/Coming Storm.

3. Pandora's box.

4. Remaing Incarnate powers.

5. It was stated that supers exist all over the world, but Paragon City has the highest concentration by far. Yet, the streets of Paragon City are swarming with criminals. Now, obviously the real reason they exist is to give players something to pound on, but is there an in-canon reason why so many criminals choose to operate in the city with the most superheroes?

6. Was there any particular reason that Paragon City was in Rhode Island?

7. Did Statesman's death mean "$#@* you, Emmert!"

8. Was there any reason why Statesman couldn't be resurrected? It happened in one of the comics.

9. Was there anything BIG planned that didn't happen?

10. Did you have any plans to tweak the Architect System? It seems like a waste of potential. Offhand I'd say maybe a hundred people use the architect for cool stories, the rest farm it or ignore it.

11. PvP, any plans?

12. IoPs and Base raiding. Why didn't this happen? I know there was an exploit in the CoP trial, but that shouldn't have taken too long to fix.

Finally, echoing a suggestion that was made by a previous poster. Let's say that the Powers That Be decide to keep the game running for exactly one more year. How do you wind up the storyline?

* (along the same lines as the question above) What will become of Master Midnight after Night Ward? (NAH, I don't have a major fondness for Percy on both sides of the portal, nosiree!)


*We know that the Batallion feeds on Kheldians.. Did you have any plans to reflect that when the "Coming Storm" arrived? Would we have gotten upgrades to the Kheldains, somehow?

* Boomtown? Did it ever cross the consideration block to rebuild it?

*Dream Doctor - Now that he has returned, could we get more of a story on what he was up to when he disappeared. Where he went? (I know it was delvings into the Shadow Shard/Rularuu dimension but MORE details? Please?)

*Mender Silos - Is he REALLY redeemed or is he scheming as always? Also.... Nemesis ponies? Were they ever going to have a return? Pets? Fun mobs?

*What WERE your future plans with Nemesis?
