1. Was there ever a plan to come back to Statesman and bring him back to life or was he dead and gone forever?
2. Was there ever a plan to bring primal earths Hero One back from the Rikiti and for him to be a new Statesman type figure (Maybe even lead the Freedom Phalanx?)
3. Was Galaxy City lost forever or would the zone have been redone in later issues (If so would the tutorial have changed also)?
4. Was there ever a plan to redeem Lord Recluse as per the belief from Ms. Liberty that he could one day be saved?
5. Would the incarnate powers have eventually run past the omega slot? if so were there any concepts?

Hello all,
So after finally getting my main tanker just right, i am now moving onto pimping my troller.
My current build is pretty poor. I have zero defense and my endurance is zapped within a a minute or two of spamming RA and having the debuff toggles up and running on a foe.
I put together the below build but it still isn't great. Any suggestions or builds welcome.
I'll mostly just be running incarnate trails with this build too.

The game tends to come down at 6am CT every Tuesday and Thursday. It's best to just expect it and be happy when they decide not to bring the servers down on either of those two mornings every week.
Yes, they go for weeks without downtime, some weeks, but they still are likely to take the servers down on one of both of those days within each and every week. -

I keep getting a mapserver error everytime i play the Emperor Cole's Personal Story arc right at the end when fighting Arachnos.
Every time I use one of the huge AOE powers it causes a mapserver. These get worse and longer the more you use the power until i get one so long that it logs me back to the login screen. Its almost like the AOE damage is so great that it takes the server a few seconds to figure out what you did/what you have killed.
I had to complete the mission on my 3rd attempt by just using the single target attacks which took a long time.
A sent a bug report anyways... -

The yearly Vet badges (1 year vet, 2 year vet, etc.). These have been broken since the start of Freedom. Has any resolution been decided on with these - the only "official" answers I've heard have been "so and so said this at x event" and when these are petitioned, people get entirely different answers from support. If these are permanently broken, then maybe they should be removed from the game. It's a touchy subject having supposed to have gotten one of these last October, yet no resolution has been made, no badge awarded, no real answer has been given, and everything is rumour at this point.
City of heroes Freedom Response: I believe we've looked into this, but I don't believe we have an ETA for when it will get fixed. Sorry! -
Well if it is true and the vet badges are dead then they need to delete the badges from the game. I for one would not be happy with reaching 8 year vet status and to not get the badge while someone else has it. For me and many others that badge would be attainable but would never be granted. that's not fair....

IE8 is working fine but Chrome will not work. The same issue also with the stock browser on my Xoom. I also tried Chrom on my work laptop just to see and its the same issue.

After reading the posts here http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=283020 I figured I really needed to revisit my fire/fire tank.
I seem to be having problems getting anywhere near the 40/45% softcap for S/L defence.
Can any one help with the build below and tell me what I have done wrong and what I should be doing? I can probably get rid of stealth for one (I know, i know, but I have my reasons for taking it) and taking BA again.

Having the same issue here and I have been locked out twice already this morning, 15 minutes each for entering the correct password.
I'm also unable to view any of the beta post due to the issue. -
I have to admit, I was a little underwhelmed by that arc. The cut scene at the end was great and did Statesman justice in terms of a send off. Some great references to the City of Heroes 2nd novel there.
I just feel there should have been more. More mourning, more people present to see him die, more close ups of someone face having a KAAAAAHN moment.... But maybe thats the point. Maybe he's just one man and that was his time (even if he was immortal).
I'm looking forward to next months arc to see reactions. -
Just a though but in the long run would could Lord Recluse turn to the light side and replace Statesman? Now that Marcus is dead, Stefan might have a change of tune...

I know this might seem a bit mad but I had the exact same problem. If you pull up CCC while running the game you may notice that your clock speeds seem to be quite low. Mine where at 400/900 when they should have been at 800/1100 or something like that.
By fluke, I noticed that when I wasn't running windows DreamScene on my desktop/home screen, my CCC displayed a clock speed of 150/300 when Idle but shot up to 800/1100 when in game (this is normal procedure as it throttles the speed of your GPU depending on what you are actually doing). The earlier seemed to be creating a bottle neck of some sort.
So, try turning off any DreamScene/livewallpaper that you might have running along with any other applications that might be using GPU power, no matter how small)

I am at L44 with my SS/SD brute and I am having fun. The last few levels have been a bit tough though as I am dying a bit quick in some fights and my end consumption is massive. I usually end up de-toggelling allot which leads toi my deaths as per my previous point.
So I know this isn't the best build ever but that is for a few reasons.
1. I usually don't put IO's/Sets in till level 47 on my builds.
2. I know I have some powers slotted with 4 of the same enhancement which is silly given ED but this is in preparation for hitting level 47 and slotting them with IO sets.
Can anyone make some suggestions on how to improve my endurance please?

Aw, I am kinda sad now preachmoore, I moved to Union last night before I read your post . (thanks for the kind words)
I will always consider Defiant home but I think a move to Union will be good. I actually kinda enjoyed it last night and got a few badges too. I spoke a little bit with Sal and a few other badgers, all seem very nice.
I am gonna see how it works out. I have a few server transfer tokens left so I can always move back. I also kinda like being on Union as I have played on Defiant now for 6 years and there is this whole other community to get involved in. Its nothing but a good thing.
Ill still be on defiant for speed runs with Phil and the guys and of course so Rabbit can hear my golden voice every now and again . -

MO Runs of most SF/TF and Trials are run on Union still, you kinda have to just be around when someone decides to run one. CoP's are run blue side more or less every Friday too
Is there a Union Event channel that these badge related activites are shouted out on? -

I am looking to move my badge to a new server as Defiant can be pretty quiet. I'm over the 1250 mark at the moment but I need a few Mo badges and the CoP ones.
Can anyone suggest the best server to transfer my character to, that runs Mo, CoP and other badge events frequently? I hear Justice runs Mo attempts and CoP every Friday?
