Hey BB. Sorry to see another badger leaving Defiant but I understand... I transferred to Union and then back to Defiant just so I could get MoUG on Blue. Given up on getting MoKeyes and MoUG on Maroon now.
Union is pretty much active regarding Keyes and UG at the moment. Don't know about CoP at the moment (another one Maroon is missing). From what I gather around the forums, think Freedom has a nice group of badge hunters. Not too sure about the hours though.

Freedom does indeed have a buncha great badge hunters.
If you are looking for a CoP, the Prophets of Supremacy does one every Fri/Sat evening, most of the time twice.
Also Terminotaur, on the Freedom board, is putting a go together for a UG if you want in.
Freedom is a very prolific "Badger" server
Virtue has a healthy number of badgers and amazing tf/trial community. While I do see folks gathering in RWZ (mostly) and through the largest public channels for tf's and trials at all hours, I don't see folks doing many Mo runs outside of late afternoon/evening US hours. I'm sure some do but I mostly ignore channels to focus on solo endeavors.
Well, there's always weekends. Not sure if that would meet your scheduling needs.

I understand completely as i transferred my badger from Defiant to Union a good few months ago now and yeah i miss some of the old crew... *glances at Rabbit*... but he pays me a visit now and again!
MO Runs of most SF/TF and Trials are run on Union still, you kinda have to just be around when someone decides to run one. CoP's are run blue side more or less every Friday too

Is there a Union Event channel that these badge related activites are shouted out on?

the 3 "main" channels i suppose are Sals Badgehunters, Union Taskforce and Union Chat, i think Sals may be full tho atm but im sure someone will clarify that shortly

Sals is full as far as I know, but if someone leave you can try to grab spot. Union Taskforces should still have some room and people mostly advertise on both channels. Union chat is... well for chat.

I am in a similar situation although my home server is different. I have been complimenting a move for sometime for my badger and now with essentially a "free" transfer every month I feel like its time to either fish or cut bait. I was looking at Exalted but with it being so new its tough to tell if a badging community will percolate to the surface.

... i would suggest not leaving defiant BB... you know damn well that defiant has a big number of great players to help u out...
.. you can organize your own runs of the classic Mo , starting first from your global list, and i am pretty sure ppl will help u... i know that your badger is a tank that tanked the whole Freedom Phalanx in a successfull MoLRSF, so u have a good base to start....
... Mo badge runs in trials is a more difficult task (especially in Keyes and UG), but i believe it will get easier as time passes by and more ppl get used to the tactics...
.. i also would like to add that the most Mo badges i got, was in runs that were casual Mo (setted the last minute for fun, or "look, our league has 5 rads, 3 kins 2 colds.. want to try for the badges in lambda?)....

Aw, I am kinda sad now preachmoore, I moved to Union last night before I read your post

I will always consider Defiant home but I think a move to Union will be good. I actually kinda enjoyed it last night and got a few badges too. I spoke a little bit with Sal and a few other badgers, all seem very nice.
I am gonna see how it works out. I have a few server transfer tokens left so I can always move back. I also kinda like being on Union as I have played on Defiant now for 6 years and there is this whole other community to get involved in. Its nothing but a good thing.
Ill still be on defiant for speed runs with Phil and the guys and of course so Rabbit can hear my golden voice every now and again
