Two words: DO WANT.

*Tesseract included may or may not actually be a source of unlimited power or act as a gateway to distant parts of the universe. Please exercise care when handling Tesseract. Do not submerge Tesseract in water. Do not subject Tesseract to bright lights. Do not feed Tesseract after midnight.

You know that next year they'll just release a Super Epic boxed set, with working Iron Man armor and an authentic Captain America shield. Why not wait for that?

I find your lack of signature disturbing.

Because the year after that they'll release the Super Platinum Unlimited Edition that includes a fully-functional 1:1 scale Helicarrier.

I think this set qualifies as Gratuitous Nerd Abuse.

I'll be filing a report with the FDA.

I want to see the price before I call foul, but hey if you can afford it, I would get it just for the pimpingness of it.

You know, I'd just love to see just what in the hell they have to fill up TEN DVDS. (Edit: Blu-Rays...whatever)

Still waiting for a complete boxset of classic Doctor Who, complete with working TARDIS.

I absolutely love the stylish art direction they chose for the Blu-Ray covers!

Contemplated getting the briefcase o'goodies. Don't judge me.

Went with the 4 disc version, mainly because I already have most of the individual movies anyway.

The 2 disc combo does not have the digital components if that matters to you.

I've already forgotten about most of you

Wouldnt you NEED a tardis to get some of the episodes? Or is that part of the time is full of wibbly wobbly timey wimy bits?

Oh so tempted. I already have all the blu-ray prequels but I love having fancy collections. The version I most want though is the eventual directors cut.

Might need one to ever watch some of those older episodes.

The Friggin' Dorks Anonymous? I'm sure that they'll see to it that plenty of hyper-critical blogs are written, expressing these concerns!

That is a horrible price for blu-ray. I paid about $18 each for mine. And all of them are the blu-ray+dvd+digital editions.

Yes, he would. The older episodes simply don't exist anymore. The tapes were reused rather than kept. Occasionally, they'll find some tv station somewhere has a copy of one of them, but the chances of getting a full run are so slim, they might as well be zero.
