I could agree with that.... there's also another something something that was "leaked" () which could fit in with that theme.

Ultimately I think (hope) we'll get Nature Affinity (and less so Bio Armor) before Issue 24, though.

And we all know that civilians never get evacuated from warzones...and rebuilding afterward is impossible, even though they had, only decades before rebuilt from Hamidon, whose destruction was ostensibly worse.

If Masterminds didn't suck, they'd be the most powerful AT in the game.

To date, I'm expecting two things:

1) Shadow Shard revamp
2) New, improved powers/base customization

One or possibly both of those things is going to happen in I24 or I25 - just not sure which one and in which order.

Do I get a prize if I'm right?

(Most of) Nova Praetoria was destroyed. The rest of Praetoria City is fine. They fled to the rest of Praetoria City, obviously.

Or even, across the street to those undamaged buildings over there. *points*

Prometheus also makes specific mention that the Devouring Earth are pouring up against the sonic fences and that's why we're rushing to kill Cole, before the Hamidon overwhelms the city and merges with him.

I'll be honest though, I'm a little sad to see that the Talons attack and subsequent defeat at the hands of the Carnival of Light are just summed up quickly in the first 5 seconds of teleporting into the magisterium trial, where you just get told what you missed.

It seems like that whole battle could've been it's own arc like Belladonna's.

Also, anyone else catch Aurora's new carnie outfit?

That was my first impression too, but fly up and look, next time: the devastation doesn't even quite reach the water's edge. Imperial City is on fire, in the distance, but it already was when we got there. (See Belladonna Vetrano arc, or for that matter just fly up briefly and look during phase 1 of the trial.)

As long as Antimatter's reactors are intact, the sonic fencing is up; that will buy a tiny little bit of time before Hamidon overwhelms the place. And, of course, with Tyrant down, any city or rural settlement that doesn't have that it screwed, because the truce is shot. But there will still be people alive in Praetoria when we get there for the Praetorian Hamidon trial, whenever it is.

Is that who the heck that was in the black and purple Carnie suit? I'd been trying to figure that out.

I thought it was the IDF that defeated the Talons (in an unintentional combined effort with the CoL) due to Cole trying to make one last blitz against them.

Which arc features the new "good" Aurora as part of CoL outfit?
Missed that part.
Not sure how the CoL Aurora looks now but, what a waste of her old costume

I just hope it gets here before i25.

If you mean base "stuff," maybe. If you mean something more extensive... apparently the base code is on a hair trigger, the code is undocumented, and even breathing a little too hard near it makes it implode. And it didn't sound like they knew how to just revamp the thing (with someone who DOES know how to document code) without invalidating or destroying existing bases (and all the little quirks and such people use to make them now.)

She's seen in the Magisterium Trial cutscene.

I think we should get the Golden Girl TF where we free the Cimerorans from the rule of Imperious. (J/K!)

In all seriousness, I'd love to have some of the Black Knight bits (the armor, the staff weapon model, and especially their archery effects!) become available.

And (more long-term) wouldn't a new AT based off of the Animus Arcana be a nifty idea? That would be a sort of neat way to allow for an even greater degree of 'mix-and-match' powersets. I dunno, just a thought.

Just give us Water Blast. Thank you that is all.

The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.

I believe Positron mentioned a few months ago that they've only just begin testing the limits of the game engine. Not sure how to find that quote, though.

As for I24, if the Battalion really does show up, I'm hoping that it's not the case that the writers decided to just overturn the entire bag containing their forces. The Battalion's obviously been studying Earth for a while, having sent scouts (Neo Shivans) to test some of our power; interception forces across time (Time Echoes) to mitigate any further power we might accumulate to fight with; and if the developers are to be believed, native collaborators to aid them when the invasion begins in earnest.

It'd be hard to consider the Battalion the threat they've been built up as if they resort to sending in more than the minimal amount of standard forces they'd need to fight us in the beginning. We're talking about a race of Incarnates (Note: like us, if not already more powerful) bearing the power of just under a dozen worlds and old enough to currently exist around a star that's relatively close to burning out. If they have to send more than just enough guys to keep the Neo Shivans and the rest of their mooks from mucking things up, how powerful can they be?

61866 - A Series of Unfortunate Kidnappings - More than a coincidence?
2260 - The Burning of Hearts - A green-eyed monster holds the match.
379248 - The Spider Without Fangs - NEW - Some lessons learned (more or less.)

Not just the cut scene. The three of them are physically standing there on the street as you warp in. They teleport out in short order. See:

My hopes:

1) More power customisation - specifically for power pools, ancillaries and patron pools, but also new attack animations for the "generic" sets.

2) Something new to do in the level 40 region.

3) Something interesting for Dominators.

It is asked what do you expect. Last time I checked neither alpha nor interface is coing out in i24 now if there is a hidden slot called alpha-interface and by any chance if they announced that they will be releasing it than apologies for my negligence of situation. Otherwise my point stands I want an incarnate power which is not a clickie (or half-***** of a toggle)

As has been pointed out, that only applies to Nova Praetoria- Cole's "personal" city. Imperial City and Neutropolis are both still intact, as is First Ward (well, as intact as FW ever is), as well as presumably any and all of the other cities of Praetoria that exist that we have never seen, but have heard of at least (such as New Vegas, and there's at least one other one that is named in story arcs but I can't think of the name offhand.)
I only meant to say that no Praetorian civilians were hit by the nuke.
