Looks good. If it is anything like mist pixar movies, the plot is meh but the jokes and the writing are good enough to make me watch it a few times over.

Vandal has chainsaws for of hands... the buzzsaw is in it's chest.

Some of the villains are not the exact character, but close to it.
The zombie is clearly supposed to be one of the Johnny Series zombies from House of the Dead

Kano from Mortal Kombat.
Streetfighter villains.
Mario/sonic villains.
Pacman ghost (clyde i think?).
I recognize the pale girl in red dress and blue hair, but damned it cannot recall which game she was in.
Demon next to ralph is from that dungeon master/keeper game isn't it? where you play as the bad guy

After watching the Trailer i showed to my mother since i planed to see it and she's my ride, She wanted to see it too and it's on her B-Day so i'll treat her to the movies for that one.
I like the looks of it. Here's hoping that got a good movie.

Not overly surprised at the gaming names appearing in it. After hearing about how Mattel turned down the chance to have Barbie in the first Toy Story movie, I would imagine the likes of Nintendo and Sega jumping at the chance to get in there

I think the yellow robot looks like someone from one of the Quake games. Or was it Unreal. I really don't know, I got out of FPS's after Doom II.
The blue-ish elf-ish looking chick reminds me of someone from Neopets. I think. I dunno I was into Neopets for like...a few days.
No ideas on the devil guy, other than he may just be a generic nobody.
A lot of people are saying the cyborg next to the zombie is Kano. It looks nothing like him, so I doubt it is. I really doubt they would get Bowser, Dr. Eggman, Zangeif, and M.Bison perfect and then cheap out on Kano.
Speaking of which, I really hope the major cameo characters have a decent speaking role. Even just a few lines each, it'd be a shame to have Dr. Eggman without him complaining about some "blasted hedgehog" taking all the glory.
