So what to do with Tyrant?

Sometimes death is too good for a villian and we need something a bit better than actually killing them.

So what can you come up with?

-Dress him like a japanese schoolgirl and throw him to Praetorian Hamidon.
-Turn him into a new flavour of Enrich
-Dangle him from Altas Park, charge for bats.
-Make him pretend to be Statesman
-Stone Cole Pimping
-Make him watch as a variaty of animals sit on his throne.
-Brain washing him into thinking he is a dog. Sell him for 400PP
-Bury all but the top of his head in impervium. Play golf.
-Stick him in a defeat all city mission, let him be killed by the heat death of the universe.
-Stick him in RV. Let him be repeatedly droned and respawned.
-Strap him to a nuke and make him angry. Fire nuke. See how much more damage it does with an angry Tyrant strapped to him.

GG is right, for once.

I would suggest handing him over to the world of peaceful CoT. Put him on a world that's totally at peace, and let him see what it's really like.

Wasn't this a popular semi-serious guess when States got offed? That as a move for redemption Tyrant would take over the role of heroic Marcus Cole for both dimensions or some such?

Anyway, as for what I'd like to see:
Fights alongside the heroes and ultimately sacrifices himself to save the world from crazed Calvindon in whatever raid shows up in i24.

I agree.

That said, ironic punishments are okay by me. So we'll have him watch as the Primal Incarnates rush in and beat up Praetorian Hamidon. In the "You could have just asked, you know..." Incarnate Trial.

They achieved that peace by similar methods, namely a magical geas on all people of that world to a vow of non-violent magic under pain of death. Admittedly, because they're apparently still immortal, quite a few are still around to express why this was a better idea. Plus we see them doing much better than the other CoT.

I do say that he needs to put on his Emperor costume and sing the Candy Man Can to orphans as community service for his actions.

He isnt an evil person really, which the content in issue 23 shows, but rather somebody who has had his hand forced.
I would like him to join the front line against the battalion as he has shown himself as a person with great strength and one without fear of going into battle with a [he must have thought at the time] stronger enemy like hamidon.

I can see him being recruited either by the DD or by Silos though, especially the DD as he has already had one of his agents get in contact with one of the major players within Praetoria.

No, he's an evil person. He's a complete monster and there's nothing in i23 that rehabilitates the character in any way.

YOU'RE an evil person, a complete monster, and there's nothing in your posts that have ever rehabilitated you in anyway.

(because, seriously, no offense but with some of your statements, I do wonder why you play this game when it only upsets you or under performs to your expectations everytime?)

But there is You see that he knows that what he is doing can be seen as wrong and that his followers are indeed [to put it nicely] crazy, but he also knows it was the only way to save the people at the time being.

He's the perfect grey character that this game needs so i hope they dont get rid of him completely

Yeah, I got nothing. The thread title just made me think of the song.

I don't know. His empire is in ruins. His connection to the Well, if it isn't totally severed, it is at least GREATLY weakened.

Maybe we could hand him over to what's left of the Resistance? I'm sure they have some ideas.

to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!

Good thing we have Villains helping us against Preatoria, No a Hero wouldn't kill him, but I do not have to save him from getting fed to Captain Mako as a kick off for Sharkweek.

I often wonder the same. Every new bit of content immediately gets his ire. Clearly, if he hates the game so much, he should probably shop somewhere else and find something more to his liking.

But it's fun to complain about everything.

Honestly, I dunno. I kinda got tired of the Incarnate storyline, like, two issues ago and am just looking forward to both the Battalion and where that'll take us and future zone revamps and the cool mid level content we'll hopefully get with those. They can do whatever they want with Cole and I couldn't care less.

I used to enjoy the lore, and the gameplay and AE. Nowadays the gameplay is pretty much all that's left, and the Current Opposition is eating away at that.

No, he believes it was the only way to save people. The first step in becoming one of the most evil persons in history is to convince yourself that your way is the only way. The truth is we'll never know if there was a better way for Praetoria to deal with Hamidon, because its people panicked and handed world leadership over to a madman.

They'd probably kill him or harm him, so that's not an option.

The Villains are being kept under control - they're not running the war.

The Coming Storm (which involves the Battalion) is the next Big Bad that Incarnates will be dealing with, according to foreshadowing in recent content and dev chat/post/interview tidbits.
