Enhancement Tray Inventory on Sale!
I didn't expect much this week. 8th anniversary stuff is today!
And it's still 15 bucks! Hooray!
Hm... well, I was planning on getting one of those when they were on sale, so... *throws money at NCSoft*

Yeah 1200 points is still to much for me... if they drop them to 800 I *might* be willing to buy them.
I might pick up a couple of those double xp boosters, though.

lol @ throwing away money on a perishable item but not on a permanent QOL upgrade like an enhancement tray.

An XP booster, however, 2.5 levels of Patrol XP, and because of how that works, it ends up being even longer. That's aves a considerable amount of time and helps not rerun the same arcs over and over and ******* over again on my 40+ characters.
I'm not saying enhancement inventory increases are bad. I'm saying they're not $15 good and they're certainly not $20 good.

Sam, keep in mind that the Enhancement Tray Upgrade is a global unlock. It affects all current and future characters. Most other MMOs sell that kind of service per Character.
I just took a look at the MXT Store of one other MMO I play. I'd be spending about $24 to upgrade the inventory space on 7 characters one time each. Even though I think I bought the Enhancement slot upgrades when they went on sale after Christmas, if you look at the overall value per Character, the overall investment becomes better as you roll each new Character.
Thank you for the time...
I already had 20, and 20-30 is not worth 1200 points to me (10-20 is much more important than 20-30 unless you're doing major strips/respecs and want to save a lot of IOs), I did however buy the 5th and 6th recipe and salvage increases which at half price I did think were worth it.
The XP boosters were just too expensive to even think about.

I'm annoyed that the Double XP Boosters went Live - but only until the 30th.
Epic fail, Paragon.
You should have at least given some sort of heads up that Double XP Boosters would be on the market this week.
That way people could have possibly financially planned ahead of time. It's not in my budget this next week to buy it, so huge fail Paragon Studios. Next time maybe try to advertise when something like that will be hitting the market - you always advertise double XP weekends.
Whatever.

Do they at least not activate until you claim them from Character Rewards? I'd hate to click BUY on my cart and suddenly I'm in 2xp mode for a short while.
My best guess is that they're keeping it limited to make sure it doesn't completely unbalance the game, so they can be reintroduced later. But, that's just a guess...
As for trays, I bought them at full price awhile ago and regret nothing. It makes your every-5-level SO upgrades SO MUCH EASIER, and lets you prebuy or store enhancements for upcoming dings. It's QOL that's worth the cost.

I'm not spending a dime on these things... because I already had points banked from buying points previously in bulk (so, the enhancement tray was only about $10 for me). But the third bank of enhancement slots and an extra 20 and 10 slots for salvage and recipes did eat into my Points savings.
Now let's see if Paragon can put out stuff faster than my 550 PP/mo can accrue. The storage slots were the last of my big purchases... I now have enough of what I could ever need. I'm not into the consumables (and I have plenty of Tokens to buy what consumables I may need, if ever). I'm saturated with the Travel Powers... I ain't buying another one unless a specific character concept *needs* it. I haven't put extra money into the game since November.

I'm not annoyed that they're only available for a short time - makes sense. I'm just annoyed that there was no heads up as to when they'd be made available. No build up. Nothing.
Still, if Super Packs are going to be a T9 VIP reward I'd like to see maybe the 1 hour or 4 hour version hit the T9 VIP rank also.
I bought both sets of trays the day the market went live... to me it was a *huge* QOL upgrade...

It's a 'meh' week in the market but hey, Staff fighting came out last week so I'm willing to forgive them on that front.

A real showstopper!
Nobody's excited about 4.5 PPM Hecatombs? Or were those added last week and I somehow didn't notice? Stack of procs: acquired!

How much are those double xp boosters, anyway?

I was partially wrong, they have put some of the stuff I said they never would on the market. Kudos to them for doing something partially good. Now go all the way Paragon.
WTH, is the limited time Double XP deal Paragon.
The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
Some said it would never happen... But pretty much all the personal inventories appear to be on sale this week (along with some firecrackers and the compilation of Who Will Die). Now I can hold 30 enhancements before bothering to clean out my pockets now: Very nifty.
