Since then - No...
XP Boosters do work in AE, unless that was changed recently...
XP Booster + Patrol XP does not work, but can be activated a the same time.
Patrol XP isn't on during DXP weedend
XP Booster + DXP weekend working would be nice -- I hope it does actually stack properly.

Will be interesting to see what WST they set for that weekend when they next update the list. Here's hoping it's something like Sister Psyche's (although it'll probably be one of the Respec Trials. Again

This makes me wonder why no Dev has ever choosen Nemesis as their Redname.

How do XP boosters work, anyway? I never used one before. Arent they only 25% for an hour? Or is my memory off? Can you activate more than one at a time on yourself?
