What is your favorite, most fun toon?

Just wondering what everyone else is finding to be the most fun? I'm not talking about most powerful or anything, just what toon do you have the most fun playing?

For me its actually a hard choice, but if I had to choose one, I love playing my Kin/Elec Defender. I've had this toon since launch and it has gone through many respecs and changes through the years but has remained one of my favorite to play. (The other toon I really enjoy is my Ice/Kin Corr).

All of them!

No...wait, just one...hmm...

My recent Beam/Time Corr was pretty fun, flat out melts AVs.

But I loooove popping a luck with my DP/Kin Corr and rushing in to Fulcrum/Nuke spawns.

Yet...my SS/Shield Brute is indestructible and can do about anything....

Drat. Back at square one.

Scrappers are fun because of the crazy feats of derring-do you can pull off to impress your TF teams, but the drawback is that by now everyone knows scrappers are lunatic beasts so you really have to work at it to turn heads anymore.

Blasters are the new scrappers in this realm, I'd say. It's a lot harder to pull off something that blows everyone's minds, but that's what makes it effective! It's a risk versus reward type of calculus.

So, one of those two. Who knows.

Without a doubt my SD/SS/pyre Tanker. With incarnate powers now, he's permanently double raged, permanently hastened, and just demolishes things while being untouchable. It's smashyness at it's very finest.

i'll let you know when I find it !!!!

The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.

Pancake, I can't decide.

My Street Justice/Willpower Brute, Katana/Elec scrapper, and Fire/Elec Brute are my funnest toons followed by my Spines/Elec scrap.

I can't say I've ever been impressed by scrapper antics. Sure, they may be able to run off and solo some mobs or take out an AV, but when the rest of the team is falling over it'd be more impressive if they could keep everyone alive.

Personally, I've enjoyed my earth/fire/ice dom. It's a fun theme with impressive lock down, damage, and debuffs; great alone or on a team.

Ah but I didn't specify what sort of shenanigans I meant! Saving a flat-lining squishy with a well-timed rebirth or holding off an unexpected ambush on one's own fall under the banner of scrapper follies yet surely anyone can appreciate those.

KM/Inv scrapper. I find it to be a medium-low performance character, but I don't care... Too much. Always have other alts to play when I want a powergaming fix, anyway.

In KM, I enjoy the fast, visceral, powerful looking animations. It doesn't hurt that the set is well balanced either, with powers that cover all the bases (ST damage, standard PBAoE, ranged attack, high damage-per-use T9) as well as great power progression - can keep a good attack chain exemplaring as low as level 1.

Invul I'm not so fond of mechanically. I would much rather be Shield, but can't live with the shield GFX and animation changes. However, invul still offers a good aggro aura, decent defense, resistance, tohit, HP, DDR and other misc resists to debuffs as well as minimal FX invasion, so it's a solid pick for me.

I actually prefer the KM animations with shield in hand. They're something you rarely see. And the +damage mechanic in a KM/SD character is awesome, especially with a scrapper.

I'm not sure at this point. I'm bouncing around between AT's and character concepts trying to find something I like.

Currently, I'm leveling an Ice/Earth dom which has actually turned out to be a lot of fun.

It's a toss up between my traps/sonic def, fire/cold corr and my BS/SD scrap. All very fun.

Illusion/Storm !!!

It is so good that, out of my 100+ alts, I can't find another that has even a chance of being as much fun to solo and team as my (now) T4 Incarnated Illusion/Storm.

As other people have said, this toon is about riding the chaos. It is a powerset combination that rewards adaptable play and tactics, not just 1-2-3-1-2-3 button mashing.

Regardless of what new powersets come out or what gets ported over to other ATs, I always migrate back to my night widow. It just fits my playstyle: turn on its fullproof status protection + leadership toggles, hit mind link every 90 seconds and kill whatever is in your path... which is probably my attraction to the AT. It's just stupid easy to play and completely straight forward.

My fire/fire scrapper.

Every attack has procs, plus purple sets, plus tier 4 everything for incarnate (love Reactive) plus accolades. He was fun the entire time leveling too. Made on day 1 of issue 12, when scrappers first could make fire/fire.

In all 7 1/2 years I have never had as much fun with a toon.

My ill/rad controller. My 4th or 5th character made but easily my favorite to run around with solo or in a team. I just like the versatility and there's few situations where I'm just out and out screwed, there's always some trick I can pull out to either get things rolling in my favor again or let me get away rapidly. Plus I really like being able to sneak around with superior invisibility and just take my time to explore XD

'Main' Favorite: Mid/Psy control freak permadom. Locks down anything but giant monsters, plays 'whack a statue.' Debuffs, damage, aforementioned mez, incarnate buffs, there's nothing she doesn't do.

Runners up:
Destruction incarnate: fire/fire/fire permadom. Decent control on top of the ability to enshroud all that moves in flame as the skies rain undying fire upon all too mortal foes that wither with the attention of the dominator whose attacks are under embrace of fire most of the time. Throw in mez protection, armor, pets, and incarnate healing for survival, and all is wel with the world. (Except for the parts left on fire, which is most of it.)

Archery/energy/munitions range freak blaster. Can kill 90% of a spawn from 400 feet away, then kill the rest before they close the distance by even a quarter.

Inv/SS tank: ignores damage

Bots/FF mastermind: ignores damage AND heals/shields/sends in squads of murderous metal.

EM/Dark brute: SMASHtroller. Stuns up to 4 bosses at a time, amidst a swarm of cowering minions. Debuffs as well.
