I'm just curious why they went with Street Justice instead of Street Fighting...

So that when the inevitable flood of Street Fighter Character Knockoffs come about, the Devs can put their hands in the air and say "We did nothing to encourage this".

And something about "Justice" being a more heroic sounding term than "Fighting".

---

Like how Martial Arts isn't "Kick them in the lower regions a lot Justice".

Though I thought a Storm/Sonic Defender was fun for a Guile concept...lol

It's not our fault the devs decided to call it Street Justice instead of Street Fighting. Even after at least one of the devs commented on an article about how devs should be more mindful of the inevitable abbreviations of things they create, and how they made a mistake with allowing three different zones to be abbreviated SC. Yet somehow they decided to have the set be SJ (and confusable with Super Jump) instead of allowing it a non-confusing acronym of SF.

I seem to recall the devs saying that Street Justice would drop Very Soon™ after Freedom went live. I guess sometime within the next two weeks would count as Very Soon™. Granted, knowing that the set is done and tested and a lot of fun to play has me chomping at the bit.

This is probably the only time I'm going to say this, but right now I'd rather have Saint Justice than power customization. Saint Justice is DONE. It's been done for a month. There's nothing left to do on it. The only reason we don't have it yet is because some soulless corporate executive decided to delay it for marketing reasons.

Saint Justice can't wait, because there's no functional reason for it to wait other than stalling tactics.

That's the closest thing I could find, and by the way I read it, Q4 covers either November, December, and January, or December, January, and February.

And sadly, that seems to go with a memory I have from some years back when we were all waiting for something, and were told it would come in Q4, and it showed up around February... *sigh*
