I'm pretty sure that Twinshot pops up in a window as soon as someone hits level 5 - and there's also the "find contact" button in the contacts list which picks up contacts in your level range.

segregating the playerbase in 3 types is enough , but forcing ppl to "leave" teams is a bit uh-oh
example :
Friend A : Vip
Friend B : VIp
Friend C: premium
A is doing patrol missions with C , while waiting for B to come online ,as he comes on , A invite B , now all them decide to do something toguther , ok lets start a cool Story Arc or some TF ..........
Solution 1 : C is forced to leave friends behind....?
Solution 2: C see WHAT HE IS MISSING , while A and B get some cool rewards C just see the content.....now C decides to go VIP ....because he want the rewards too
f2p needs limits but premium at least have been users or payed something in the cash sho -

yeah , the idea of selling costumes , auras is nice .....but not worth it
why buy an costume set while u are f2p? if u are really interested in having fun go VIP and u get 400 points that u can spend on whatever u wanted in the 1 place..... -

Dunno if it's obvious from your video, but Street Justice has a couple of built-in alternate animations, similar to the way Brawl works if you have a Shield Defense character with their shield out.
Initial Strike randomly alternates between three combinations: right jab/left hook, left jab/right hook, and two straight punches.
Heavy Blow randomly alternates between a right uppercut and a left elbow smash. thats why i love shield , shield slam to the face is pure win ^^

i was trying to have fun with my scrapper, but im getting frustrated because slice ....
why? the cone range is so short and isnt even 180º is more like 10º (or feels like)
the description says "IN FRONT OF YOU" , but the reality is that u will only hit 1 and if u move and stack them 2 or with luck 3

power recharge lagging a lot lately, but only in outdoor zones (huh?)
and rubber banding sometimes , other ppl lag is uncommon but happens from time to time
