Incarnate Poll (an unofficial survey of sorts)

Okay so it's been a while now and between the hordes of Task Forces we did to open and slot Alpha and now the hundreds of trials to open ans lot Judgement, Lore, Interface and Destiny I was curious.. How many 50 (+) levels do you have and how many have all teir 3s or tier 4s in every slot.

Now of all of these only one, Tia Anker had serious assists.. Astral merits were used to purchase an Alpha slot for her and 150 threads from vouchers were used to open all of her other powers. I am currently contemplating my 12th incarnate and it will probably be one of my Scrappers.

I could go on; basically, the only characters that are both 50 and don't have their alpha unlocked are those who can't take on the Weakened Honoree 1 on 1.
Oh, my Widow has two tier 3 spirituals and one tier 2 cardiac. She's mostly the only character I run trials with, because let's face it, the ixp is totally broken and there's no way that I'm spending threads on ixp when I'm trying to finish my alpha and get my lore up. They just don't drop often enough for it (120+ threads to go from one tier 3 alpha to a tier 4? yea...).

Also, I make alts. Lots of alts. So I spend more time making alts than, say, running trials.
Especially since there's like three trials and two of them aren't worth it for me (Lambda is pretty lame, the praetorian maps have this strange laggy feeling and Keyes is just 'you really thought that idea could work? REALLY? How 'bout you play it, alone?').

So far, destiny tier 4's are worth it. Judgements seem fine from the start, and by tier 3 I feel no need to go higher. Interface depends on the proc and character, though in many cases tier 3-4 is desirable, but not as much as with destiny. Lore is nice when I remember they exist, and may be used now that more themes are available. other than that, it's just a level shift.

Thinking about it, I'm surprised at how many 50's I have

Anyway, most of them have their Alphas unlocked, if not slotted (just did the missions)

I have difficulty making time for the trials, and even when I have time sometimes I just am not in the mood for the wait and hassles that are often involved in getting into one.

Basically, even though I know what I would like to get for a lot of my alts, I don't even have my main hero or villain completely t-4'rd out yet

Alts below 50 - over 65 across 10 servers, a few in their 40s, played much more frequently.

I have never done a trial on Live. I guess I will get around to it someday.

I have six other level 50s and all of them have their Alpha Slot unlocked. A few even have a low tier boost in it but I'm not hugely interested in advancing any of them further (although one of them I'm contemplating re-rolling since I want to Incarnate him theme-wise but think I would prefer different powersets).

The Adeons actually have two T3 Lores since I got them Seers originally and then switched to Robotic Drones in I20.5.

For the most part I have been burning Astral Merits for threads and Empyrean Merits for Rares as needed. For Operative King I also burnt threads for IXP since I don't care to wait for the bug fix on that.

Overall I'm reasonably happy with where they are. I'd like to get King up to the level of the Adeons (he has a VR component sitting around to make a T4 Destiny and I'll probably get him T4 Alpha in a few weeks once I run more WSTs) but I'm not running a huge number of trials at the moment (a situation for which Civilization V is partly to blame). Adeon MK2 has a number of VR components stockpiled so at some point I'll probably start working on more T4s for him but I'm not in a hurry.

The corruptors, who are my main and secondary characters, have achieved my personal goals for them. But since I occasionally still run trials on the them just for kicks, and they get shards in regular content, I expect they'll end up with Tier 4's somewhere down the road. Same probably goes for the Stalker, who has just started doing Trials and is probably my #3 at this point. Another brute, EM/SR, will hit 50 and unlock her Alpha this week, and I'm looking forward to doing the Trials and Apex & Tin Mage with her.

I have seven level 50 characters. They all have their Alpha slot maximized.

I've done each of the Incarnate trials at least once. They were fun. Except for playing with folks who want to show off and rush to process content before I can enjoy it.

Haven't felt compelled to do the two and now three trials over and over and over again to gain Incarnate salvage for the other slots. Don't find those Incarnate powers appealing. Pets and a nuke blast for every character? No, thank you.

I liked earning Incarnate shards for defeating any level 50 foe (or lower level Weekly Strike Target foes) and using them to boost abilities. But, doing two or three trials dozens of times (per character)? For bewilderingly complex rewards that don't fit my character concept? No, thank you.
