2) Is every new item added to the store going to skewer your metagame and force a reset.

1) Given that I highly doubt Paragon Points will be transferable between players; no. However I HAVE, in the past, considered starting a "Challenge Me" thread where I will make a ten item silly list of whatever subject the forumites can come up with. I like the challenge of the idea but then I wake up and realize I have neither migraine medication on hand nor a wakizashi with which to commit Seppuku.
2) Yes and no. No... I doubt EVERY item will cause me to reset since I would commit myself to the nearest sanitarium if I were saying "Ohmigawd! My older characters didn't have access to this new Feathered Boa shoulder cape! The tournament is unfair! I must start over!" all the time. On the other hand I can see new powersets or even new archetypes being a problem if I felt they fit already existing characters better than the ones they already possessed.

I'm really disappointed about the Animated Atlas Statue NC Pet but does this mean we still have a shot at the Animated M-1 Statue NC Pet? After all the man has even more statues scattered around than Atlas .. even though no one has a clue exactly what he did to earn them.
Come on Steel do we really need a GPS system to locate Fushionette? Just knock on the door of any villain lair and ask tobe escorted to the "Kidnapped Heroines Room" .. Most of them have a plaque dedicating the room to her.
Dang and I was so hoping I could get Rythm at the store.. My characters all just keep doing the shuffle.
