I would buy so many hats.
You don't know how many hats.
I would have more hats than Zwillinger if this came to be. -
I can't pledge much, but I would support this all the way.

It would work if you weren't a human. Also, the death bit is kind of iffy. Dying typically means absorption into the Collective Potential, but there's a difference between death and "death". Ghost Widow is clearly still connected to the well, and player incarnates die repeatedly during the Dilemma Diabolique and Magisterium trials. The Dream Doctor has True Rez as a spell like ability provided he can catch the soul in time.

I am almost entirely certain that Twinshot is a Primal. She was a member of the same team as Maelstrom at one point. Malestrom is a brand new Powers Division member during the early Praetorian Arcs, so if Twinshot was Praetorian she would likely show up then.

Last Ward would love to be a part of this. Goodwill is what we're all about!

I have a request. I'd love (love love love) for their to be a Warworks Costume Set. Here are some links to Paragon Wiki.
BCUs, ACUs, and 9CUs use similar costumes.
Hey Vicky You're So Fine, You're so fine you... OW MY SPINE.
Unlikely, but I would love to be able to have a fake Warwalker with abnormally good posture. Maybe as a Costume Power.
Anyway!
You can fake this, sort of, with existing Clockwork parts. I'm not asking for the weapons, but rather the armored clockwork pieces (which look much more sturdy than the skeletal look we currently have), and the face details. The skull like face of an ACU would make me very happy.

My suggestion would be to make a whole memorial garden. Then as the focal point, do something like this. States in the middle, Psyche and Ms. Liberty on either side. Placed in such a way that each is casting their eyes to a different part of the garden.
The only issue is that there's no one for the back.
Sooo...
*grabs the knife* Any volunteers? -
Sorry if I haven't been online to recieve your tells. It's Finals time, so I've been busy.
Drop me an ingame email If you're not online, and we can arrange something! -
SO! This is my first time running an SG, so I figured I'd get the word out. I want to help make an active RP community, and i23 provided an awesome set up.
So, for now, we're in the planning stages. By we, I mean mostly me. We need members, prestige, and some start up RP.
Once we have a good foundation (hopefully), we'll open up with an RP Event to establish the SG in the community, hopefully by i23.
But for now, interest is needed! Let me know! -
FAQ
Do I need to be a Praetorian to join this SG?: Nope. You don't even need to own Going Rogue (or be a VIP), though it certainly helps. Anyone can join.
Why are you based in The Hollows?: OOCly, because it's a beautiful zone that makes the perfect setting for a Praetorian Ghetto in Paragon City. It's run down, dangerous, and even has it's own underground. ICly, recent events (see SSA 1), have stabilized the Hollows, rending certain areas inhabitable.
What if they revamp the Hollows?: If it's cleaned up? Great! If it's blown up, we'll move. I heard Brickstown is nice this time of year.
What if I want to make an actual Praetorian?: We plan on running some "Infiltration" missions, where we join your lowbie Praetorian in running Nova, Imperial, and Neutropolis content.
But what about the events of the trials contradicting the early missions?: I blame Ouroboros. Also, NO SPOILERS! -
Last Ward
Praetoria is a dying dream. With the ongoing war and the resurgence of the Devouring Earth, Cole's empire is crumbling, and threatening to take Praetoria's people with it.
To save the people of Praetoria, the Carnival of Light has created the TUNNEL network, a system of dimensional portals designed to allow the people of Praetoria to escape Cole's iron grip.
But the world on the other side of the mirror is not always inviting. Paragon City is having trouble accommodating this massive influx of refugees, and these disfranchised citizens are in danger of being picked off by gangs, criminal organizations, and even hidden loyalist cells buried deep within the city.
To protect the people, a group of Praetorian heroes, with the assistance of the Carnival of Light, have formed The Last Ward, an organization dedicated to the protection and welfare of those whose homes have been destroyed by this war.
We are fighting to create a safe environment for these Praetorian Refugees, starting with the creation of a refugee district and medical center in the newly reopened neighborhood of Eastgate. But it won't be easy. Between the plots of Primal Organizations, Praetorian Cells seeking to grab a foothold in this new dimension, and the threats of the coming storm, we face a monumental challenge.
As an RPSG, Last Ward hopes to provide a friendly, exciting, and ongoing Roleplay experience for Primal and Praetorian heroes alike. We hope to adopt The Hollows as an open RP zone, as we fight to keep the Praetorian Dream alive in even the worst circumstances. AE Arcs, Trial Runs, Task forces, and events are on the agenda as well.
In addition, we'll be more than happy to help facilitate your escape from Praetoria. After all, the TUNNEL is always open.
Please send me (@CubeB) an in game email or tell for an invite!

Cole is the one who set up the conspiracy in the first place. Cole and Hamidon were evenly matched, but neither could quite defeat the other, so Cole made a pact.
All Hamidon agreed to do was not to destroy a few hundred square miles of land as long as Humanity stayed there and didn't **** anything up. -
-
Praetoria Spoilers Below!
There are several reasons why Cole can't take down the Hamidon in his own.
1: He couldn't do it in the first place.
During the Underground Trial, Vanessa DeVore finds that Cole never actually defeated the Hamidon, but negotiated a truce. If he kept a tight rein on Humanity, then the Devouring Earth would leave Praetoria alone.
That is why the Seers, Enriche, and all of the other tyrannical things exist. It was a ploy to make humanity docile and isolated. There are other motives (Tyrant is not a good person), but that's the big secret one.
When contact was made with Primal Earth, there was suddenly an ENTIRE MULTIVERSE of untamed humanity that put this deal at risk.
So war was declared to try and supress Primal Earth. Which just ended up making Hami angry.
2: The Well Doesn't Care
The Well has made Cole his champion because Cole's power over the people of Praetoria. With the Batallion fast approaching, the Well believes Cole has the power to hold them off because... Well. Prior to this point the number of Incarnates was somewhat more limited. You had Statesman, who was a wimp. Recluse, who wants to escape the well. Reichsman, who could have been a canidate at one point, but was completely trounced and made into Requiem's lackey. Stheno, who... Um. Is Stheno. And the Hamidon, who is the antithesis of all the well represents. Tyrant was the best option.
The Hamidon is a threat to humanity, but it's isolated to Praetoria. It has power, but because it hates humanity it can never acheive the full favor of the well. In the long one, one dimension's version of earth is a willing sacrifice for the good of the multiverse.
The Well is kind of a jerk.
3: The risk of failure
If Cole failed and was devoured, then the Hamidon would have enough of Cole's personality in him to become deadly. Hamidon's world devouring power with Cole's ambition? No one wants that.
I WANT to stop the Hamidon, but... We need to see. -
Mind/Dark is a bit more logical, but I wanted efficiency while still resembling the concept to a degree.
...So, I mean. Dark/Regen works.
If only I could be Mind/Dark/Regen... -
So, I would like to make a Rogue Council Vampyr as a brute. But I need advice.
First of all, Secondaries. My two big choices right now are Regeneration and Dark Armor. Regeneration certainly looks good, but I dunno how to run it on a Brute.
Then, Primaries. Dark Melee might work well with Regen, but the lack of straight up attacks worries me.
Anyone have a better alternative? Advice? -
I have a store purchased Performance Shifter sitting in stamina, and I was wondering if it was wise. It goes off per minute, rather than a percentage chance, and now that they've reduced the proc per minute chance to 1.5 rather than 3, I'm worried I might have made a mistake.
Can anyone tell me whether I need to swap it for an IO version? -
Why not make it so that Escorts are temporary pet powers? You could pass them off to another player, monitor thrir health, and issue commands that way.

In no particular order:
Lemon Demon - Ben Bernanke
Weird Al Yankovic - CNR
Johnathan Coulton - Skullcrusher Mountain
Lonely Island ft. Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga - The Golden Rule
The Gregory Brothers Ft. Kapluckus: Auto Tune The News: Turtles. -
Quote:Oh, I'm sure they're still POWERED.Which broken sonic barriers? The undamaged ones on the far side of the water from Nova Praetoria that are powered by the undamaged reactors in Neutropolis that we control?
...But I'm talking about the ones behind Cole's Tower.
...Also, honestly, it's not as if they can actually stop the Devouring Earth anyway. That's up to US! -
Oooh, and Imperial City is still standing at the end.
...Granted, it may be filled with toxic dust. But the rest of Praetoria still stands.
Until the Devouring Earth pour in through the broken sonic barriers, BUT STILL. -
