Actually might be better to hold it off for a bit. I wouldn't want I19 dropping right in the middle of my finals week...
...because, you know, the issue release schedule totally revolves around my personal life. No seriously, remember when issue five was released in a still buggy state? That's because I was in a bad mood and the devs figured that giving me a new issue of CoH would cheer me up, bugs be damned.

I want I19, but I want my Praetorian Brute to be my first Incarnate and he's only 44. I may have to stop playing arcs and put him in a grinder group.
The biggest issues seemed to me to be the Kheldians couldn't respec and the Dominators' bug, If they have that fixed, then I can see it going LIVE tomorrow. Some of us remember the weekend of hell when Issue 2 was released on Thursday, with just one more day before the weekend, and all door missions were broken. That said, if not tomorrow, then the earliest day would be Tuesday after Turkey day, Nov 30, IMHO.

While job having is great, my favorite time to play is late afternoon and I'm kind of at work/trying to get home from work then.
Being able to do the Incarnate TFs with friends is what I'm looking forward to.

GAH!! I wish I'd never heard of it. It's like.... having a new Ferrari out in the driveway, but, "Oh No... you can't drive it yet!" And still having to drive a... old Hundai or something lol. And having to SEE the FERRARI every DAY. *sigh*
Oh well, I hope the devs have a nice Thanksgiving with their families, and safe trips to all. But I sure wish they'd leave US with something to be thankful for. Me, I'm trying to AVOID turkey and all the "obligatory" crap this year, and just play some games. Maybe grab some taco bell. I'm a... turkey atheist this year. An aturkeist. Give the poor birds something to be thankful for.

The answer is never because they never do. If its in a holiday month, it always comes after the holiday.
