Given most newer series of 80s cartoons tend to have a bit more substance than the original series did(such as the cartoon network version of He-man was waaay better than the 80s one.), I imagine this will be a better show too. I probably won't be watching it unless my nieces insist upon watching it when I babysit them.

If you do a search on Deviantart for "custom MLP" or like that, you'll find a huge assortment of modified and customized ponies. The are almost all completely awesome pieces. Even people who don't at all care about the MLP "thing", can appreciate them because they really are cool.

Never saw the old ones but I had heard about them.
Well at least knowing that the Hub is putting episodes of My Little Pony online is good, since it means they'll probably have episodes of Transformers: Prime online when it debuts this November!

I took the quiz and got Twilight Sparkle Which oddly its rather close to my personality. I have a feeling that name somehow might be related to Stephanie Meyer though. Hopefully the pony doesn't sparkle in sun light.

I loved the old My Little Pony (and yes, I'm a guy) way back in the day as a kid, and I would love to give this a chance but that art style really makes me want to stab something in the face...

I took the quiz and came up with Twilight Sparkle as well. Which is probably good, as she's the one I liked best in the first episode.
