Thanks guys.
-
I just came to the realization that my account expires on the 18th and due to various reasons I won't be resubscribing. Even if I had played at all in the past 6 months... I'm not sure I'd really have the time for CoH anymore between my full time job, running a website, and other activities.
But I will miss the forums. I'm not sure how many of you even really notice my presence most the time but I can honestly say I've enjoyed a lot of the conversations I've seen or participated in here for the past 2 years.
Heck if it wasn't for you guys, I wouldn't even know about the Angry Video Game Nerd, Nostalgia Critic, or much of anyone from That Guy With the Glasses. So honestly, if it wasn't for you guys I can honestly say I probably wouldn't even be trying to do the review thing right now (Even if I'm not all that good at it)
Anyhow... point is I just wanted to say thanks for the memories guys. I feel like I wanted to say more, but I guess I'm just a man of few words. -
Isn't Munn the idiot who when interviewing a game developer she started asking him stupid questions about his junk instead of the game, to the point where it was pissing the guy off?

Quote:That would be nice, but it's that way with a lot of movies now. I only know of one theater around here that shows the 2D version of movies that are available in 3D."In 3-D (and in 2D in selected theaters)"
Shouldn't that be the other way around? Sigh. I have duane's syndrome - ze goggles, dey do nothi-- little (though they are slightly better than the old red and blues which literally did indeed do nothing. Just like the old viewmaster toys.) -

I also loved the I Have a Dream part. I also liked the musical moment they had when they arrived in town. You know the one with no lyrics where everyone was just dancing around?
-
I gotta say, I didn't expect it to be bad but it was a lot better then I really expected it to be. It felt a lot like some of Disney's older movies what with characters randomly breaking into song, but with CGI instead of regular animation.
Anyone else see it? I didn't see any threads about it aside from the one with Marcian complaining about the death of the Princess series... -
If people loved that Daria spin off from Beavis and Butthead I don't see a live action Raven show being impossible to get people to like.

He's doing a livestream charity drive for the Ronald McDonald House. Just thought I'd let anyone know who might not already know about it. -
The biggest thing for me comes down to who plays her and will it be better then that horrible comic miniseries she got.

Quote:Neither one but it didn't end the way you said, it was far less satisfying then that ending would have been. They somehow simultaneously fatally wounded each other at the exact same moment and sank to the depths. If I remember right, neither the shark or octopus won, they were frozen in ice again
Quote:Here's the thing. "Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus" was a bad movie. And I really don't mean in a "so bad it's enjoyable" kind of way that other dreck like "Mansquito" or "Ice Spiders" was. It was bad in a "Manos the Hands of Fate" kind of way in which it would only be enjoyable (maybe) if being made fun of by a guy and robot puppets.
Believe me when I say I can actually sit down and enjoy some of these awful movies. "Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus" had nothing even remotely enjoyable to it at all. The trailer for this looks even worse. "Sharktopus," on the other hand...horrid but fun. -
He's the Nostalgia Critic, he gets it wrong so Eisregen can correct him!

Nothing to get you in the Christmas Spirit quite like an evil Kryptonian questioning our traditions! -
Heh... well if you recognized anything in the opening video, I do intend to do all of those eventually as well.

You're thinking of the wrong Ghostbusters.
You're thinking of these guys

My X-Box 360 Harddrive is named "Zombies" and my memory card is named "Arcane Asylum".

Personally I would have rather we had a black aquagirl instead of a black aqualad.

This is my first in a line of positive reviews I'll be doing alongside my regular reviews, that will be known as Forgotten Classics. Of which the main focus will be either things that have gone somewhat forgotten or never really got the appreciation they deserved in the first place. -
So wait... is Miss Martian part of this or not? Cause she was the main reason I was interested when I originally heard about it.

I guess I might as well try to be popular too.
You're doing it wrong watch this!
