Join us in congratulating all of them today as our fabulous Art team led by David Nakayama prepares to include some of the winning creations into the game for all to admire!

While we couldn’t include all the loading screens sent in by our winners and runners-up, we've selected a few to display with our list of winners.

I'm thrilled and very thankful that my screen's been praised, even though I've only just learned which of my... 'few' entries it is that got me here. My thanks go to Noble Savage, Avatea, and EMPulse for helping me sort things out with it. I couldn't have got anywhere without you all.

All of these screens look fantastic, and I'm very much looking forward to them being added in-game. I suppose us Europeans have shown what we're made of.

I'm so glad this was finally announced! I've been going insane wanting to tell my friends since I got word. I love all the entries and I'm amazed one of mine was picked!

Thanks again, Avatea and the art department for running this contest. It was a lot of fun to hunt for good screenies, and as I picked zones I'm actually -less- familiar with, it really made me appreciate those zones better.

If there's an interest, are we allowed to share pictures of the rest of our entries? I know that I for one would like to see more of what others submitted.

I actually PM'd David this very idea during the contest. After the fact, I realized that part of the challenge is to capture the entire zone's essence in a single image. Still, looking at so many great entries...

Congrats to all!

As Founders' Falls was the winning entry, I'd like to see what everyone submitted for this zone.

This was my entry…



This took me 3 days and over 200 screen shots (that white line in the monorail only appears like that when the sun hits it just right for a few seconds every hour or so and there was a pesky mob I had to keep killing near the speedboat). And yes, I had just finished watching the Doctor Who "Don't Blink" episode when I started this.


Now, let's see yours!
