All Things Art: NPC Conversions

Some people want to be able to outright imitate NPCs, but I'd wager that individual bits people are picking out are mostly items that they'd want to have available to mix generally into their visions.
I think that the overwhelming majority of costume and weapon options should be available to everyone from level one.
But I also think it's cool to have a few select pieces unlocked by defeats or other actions within the game. For example, although sometimes a pain to obtain, I think that the Rularu weapons should remain unlockable.

Overlord of Dream Team and Nightmare Squad
I'd like to add my voice to the chorus of "Sister Solaris and Sister Arilia" pieces. (( a mission to enable these costume pieces would be cool, or perhaps a booster pack? I am a fan of working for my rewards and new content ))
Also, I know its not technically costume pieces but it would be great if the skin shades could be expanded to match the degree of shades that hair has, and the ability to mix two colours together to get different effects.
Or at least give us the option to have true colours. True opaque whites, reds and blues for example.
All the skin colours at the moment have a "human being that got airbrushed" murky effect due to underlying tan tones.
Would be a nice perk to move away from that, for all those players who like to play characters with mutant/ alien/ ghost/ not of this earth back stories.
I hate that compromise. Make the unlocks account-wide and you might have a deal.

I have a Carnie brute; I haven't been playing her because I'm sick of using the wrong hammer. Since she's level 20ish, she can't farm the Illusionists herself... and man, with all the hatred for fighting Carnies, NOBODY is going to help me with that one.
Only if you'd also be okay with, upon completion of that arc, becoming attackable by all other player characters. After all, "canon" members of the Carnies can be beaten up and sent to to the Zig for doing nothing more than standing on the sidewalk with their arms crossed, doing nothing :P

I would like the Carni parts EXACTLY as they are. I would LOVE to wear signature NPC costumes by completing the arch. I don't mind if costume pieces similar to the carni were available to players without completing the arch... But not the same signature NPC costume.
I just don't want to have to pay for NPC costumes in another booster pack...
I think Noble Savage doesn't actually decide how we get these items, whether it's in a game patch available at level 1, in a patch but unlockable via in game content or paid for in a booster. That's for producers, designers, marketing etc. to decide. Even if he does - I think we've heard both sides of the issue now. We don't want the precious art pieces getting lost in the debate do we?
Bringing it back on topic - I'd like to see the eye glows that Fir Bolg.
It's nice to have such a concise, contained glow that doesn't bleed into hats, behind the head, etc.
I'd also like to see the rusted/damaged skin for the Praetorian Clockwork along with the new faces shown in i19 (the skull like face) and the larger Clockwork parts (bigger gloves, etc.).

Any/all Mu garments, please. Inhibitive body wraps to front/back simul capes.

Rusted/damaged versions of all Robot and/or metallic parts...
Apparently, I play "City of Shakespeare"
*Arc #95278-Gathering the Four Winds -3 step arc; challenging - 5 Ratings/3 Stars (still working out the kinks)
*Arc #177826-Lights, Camera, Scream! - 3 step arc, camp horror; try out in 1st person POV - 35 Ratings/4 Stars
I'll always be a "Champion" at heart. My server away from home.

The Eidolon gloves and boots would be nice (to go with the chaos leather set.)
I have to say that all carnival of shadows parts should be available for costumes for females the boots, the corsets, the back parts, the masks, the same for the strongmen parts, also lost TV set helms.
I don't know if it's been suggested before, but I'd like to see the SpecOps backpack as an equipment option.
As well as possibly a Raptor Pack and maybe a Goldbricker or Longbow jet pack. And a Zero-G Pack.
Animated similarly to wings, where they'll activate on jumping as well as plain flight, if possible.
So yeah, I already know why we can't have long robes, but on the subject of the Circle of Thorns...
Shoulders and belt please? Also this forehead tattoo as a face color overlay:
My CoT demon MM would be grateful.
EDIT: Could that mask/shoulders combo thing the Lieutenant mages wear also possibly be a face 2 detail? It could work like the Reaper face 2 detail, right? And I can see the giant silly mage hat from the first picture being a Hood option.

Samuel_Tow is the only poster that makes me want to punch him in the head more often when I'm agreeing with him than when I'm disagreeing with him.

Scale it down a bit, not too much, and this is pretty much what I envision. Except, you know, tintable. Or add it to Broadsword and have a Runic version, a Lightning version, a more Fire version (but not too much), etc.

I didn't really read all of the first 16 pages, so you'll have to forgive me if this has been said, but the cape style Hero 1/ The Honoree have would be excellent. I have no idea how to display images using forums, so instead have a link: http://wiki.cohtitan.com/w/images//7...ti_Honoree.jpg

On the robe thingy... it seems that there's an issue with any non-pants gear dropping below the knee... perhaps we can get a hybrid that splits somewhere near the knee...
like Shorts 3 (in the Costume Screen) with a hang cloth over the front and rear; down to the knee or an extended Baron's jacket as starter templates?

I'm hoping we get the Council Galaxy collars option.
I also really hope any future boosters are of higher quality and some original ideas; you can really tell there seems to be some re-hashing of old costumes. That is getting a little tiresome (vangaurd, enforcer, valkyrie all seem to be influenced from each other and this is a small example).
I would <3 to be able to participate in a story arch that allowed my character to become an initiate of the Carnival of Shadows and then a full-fledged member.
If the story arch would reward my character with a badge proclaiming my character a "member of the Carnival of Shadows" and various carnival of shadow costume pieces, I would be happier than a pig in mud!
And what better reason to revamp old content than creating new content for it?
By the way...the new Posi TFs are quite popular...
