The villain name Socialite (exploration) is a duplicate name for the Accolade Socialite.

Is there a reason why Scorpion Shield and Poisonous Ray are now locked from the Controller Mace Mastery Pool? I have Scorpion Shield, Poisonous Ray, and Summon Tarantula and only the summon is not locked in my bar.

also thanks for the pvp bug fixes in this patch.
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

Also Doms PFF is now disabled.

24 players x 24 nukes applied to 1 AV = imbalance in encounter.
At least that's how it's been explained by players, as there has been no red name elaboration on this change despite repeated requests by the general playerbase. I'm unsurprised, honestly.
OK, I keep hearing about it on the Globals and Broadcast chat in the game. I know it is giving me problems and I have a new computer built to run this game. So how many other people here in the forums are experiencing a LOT more lag then usual and mapserver disconnects too?
Obsidius: I don't really see how this is any different from players making nuke runs for other large encounters like the STF, LRSF, ITF, etc. except the scale of players. I figure if they're willing to put in the obscene amount of effort to harvest the nukes (24 players all farming scientists at once in Warburg? The spawn sizes must go NUTS) then they should be allowed to use them. The devs shouldn't punish players for using the tools that the devs gave them just because the new (old) endboss has an achilles heel in the form of massive nuclear assault. Some of the best monsters in the history of myth and legend had that "one weakness" that turned the fight from victory to defeat. Are the devs suddenly Stop Having Fun Guys?

I am having same issue. Shield and Ray are disabled. Sent petition, but since I never got a reply other than a survey request from the last 2 petitions I sent, not holding my breath.
Mostly math, AFAIK.

if thats the case, then there could/should have been other tweaks to the trial. a reward increase, maybe a change to the storm AV, amongst other things. this makes the trail much harder to run (i don't think i've seen a completion where nukes weren't used) and for the same reward, I don't think theres a reason to run it now.

Poor Castle too. If he hasn't pulled all his hair out already over the sheer sloppiness of this patch, there are many angry customers ready to help him get the rest of it.
Then you obviously missed this thread. I was on a half PuG blue side CoP last night with the Storm AV, and we rocked it in less than 14 minutes with absolutely no use of temporary powers.

but honestly that is probably the exception rather than the rule. the point still stands that the trail needs some work and there could have been a number of other things done to make it better. this just seems like a quick fix that i don't really think was warrented, of course im not a dev i don't know but still.
If it's taking 14 minutes. . . yeah that reward isn't increasing anytime soon. Which is a shame. |
the trial is hard, and thats a good thing, but it was still hard even with nukes and the reward is laughable inspite of the time it takes.
