Just want to say that I LOVE the Mercedes Sheldon's arcs! Those are some of the very best that the game has to offer, and I always try to introduce my friends to them when we're at the proper level.
Is there any chance you could lobby for the Devil's Timepiece to award the Ourorobos Portal? It certainly should IMO ...

However, Protean is the go-to guy when it comes to missions and lore so pester him with all your mission/lore feedback and, as you noticed from his "you may also remember me from such missions as...", he's done some great missions, not just Praetorian-related, as well. So you can send questions, comments, and kudos to him.
