Wow, those are really good. 
I like the WWII propaganda poster quality of the Praetorian ones, and the Resistance ones definitely look very underground and subversive. I bet Cole hates the sheep one.

Will this be a more regular thing, being able to contribute artwork that might possibly be able to be added to the game in this fashion? Perhaps as a way for SGs to personalize their bases more, for example?
Maybe we could come up with more fake billboards that can be displayed around Paragon City/Rogue Isles, like a competitor to Up and Away Burger, or something.

There was no mention of US residency being a requirement for this particular contest either, so hopefully this is a step towards positive for those of us beyond the oceans for future events!

These winners definately deserved their awards. Good job to all and thank you for doing your part to improve the game! Personally I think you should get an extra month of free game time for it.
Far, FAR better than any ideas I had managed to get half formed in my brain. Good job I didn't have the time to try and realise any of them

It was one hell of a Contest and boy did we get superb entries again this time around!
It is obvious that many of you were particularly interested in the opportunity to showcase your work in game for all Going Rogue players to see. Unfortunately, there could only be 3 winners per category. Congratulations to the 6 players who placed in this contest considering all the submissions, it was quite an accomplishment! The icing on the cake for 3 of them is that their creative ideas will be integrated into the City of Heroes® Going Rogue! Be looking for one player inspired Loyalist billboard and two Resistance graffitis in Praetoria once Going Rogue goes live this Summer!
