I think mine might be the strangest so far. With my Thug/Poison MM, The clone had Peacebringer powers. and made the finishing blow on Ajax as I was recovering from a faceplant

My Ice/Therm corruptor became ... I dunno, something something dark. He must have had some kind of attacks, but I was a bit preoccupied with the other stuff to notice what he was using offensively. But he wandered around with PigPen's dirt cloud Dark on him. And he didn't say much. 
My Army of Me on the other hand HO MAH GAWD ... o.o I'm intense when I'm in groups!

Repurposed
Mine had a fiery aura is indeterminate effect. Also Speed Boost, so I'm not inclined to complain.
Playing my Rad/Sonic Corruptor, my Flawed Clone had exactly:
- The Thermal Radiation all-shields buff from AE
- Build Up
- Thunder Kick
Ajax pasted her. Or it. Whichever.

My SS/WP Brute's clone was a Archery/Sonic. Buffed me up nicely then proceeded to die in about two seconds. Of course, with all the buffing, I didn't really need it any more.
My Pistols/Rad Corruptor got a Ice Assault/Dark Armor clone who turned out to be pretty damn useful and lasted the entire mission.
I was playing a Dark Melee/Electric Brute who was being supported by a Kinetic/Something with Hide NPC. That's right: a Brute with a hidden buffer (complete with +End powers!) lurking nearby at all times. It was so perfect, I thought everyone got the same help, or possibly even help customized by AT.

My Ice/Rad Corruptor seemed to get a warshade, or at the very least a character with the umbral blast powerset. Not entirely sure how that occured but hey ho...
And yeah - said Clone tanked Ajax while I dropped the psi dampers (it probably helped that I had debuffed Ajax into a small inoffensive puddle courtesy of the /Rad holy trinity).

My AR/Dark Corruptor got a Rad Emission clone. I didn't see her use anything else, so maybe she was Rad Emission/Rad Emission? Anyway, Ajax paid no attention to her, but between the two of us he couldn't really hit me either, so it went fine.
Fighting 8 Dark Miasma bosses on the other hand....did not go so great. However, I did find out they can be pulled, 2 or 3 at a time.

Eventually whittled them down with lots of inspirations and hospital trips.
My stone/ela became a sonic res/fire armor (at least I think it was), it shielded me up and I'm pretty sure it did absolutely nothing the entire time, but I saw it self heal with what appeared to be healing flames. I was a bit distracted as I was set for 0/x8 and had no def insp left.
I didn't even notice the clone on my fire/traps. Unfortunately I had stealth IO going so it never latched on to me and I didn't see it standing by the door.

Then I pulled 3, killed them, pulled 4, killed 2, ran out of insps, died, pulled the 2 again, killed them, and stomped the last one's butt. Used Burst to pull. Many yellows were eaten.
Having 8 Darkest Nights on you is also brutal. I think it's the first time I've ever had my damage debuffed well into the negative triple digits.

In the Arena of Logic, I fight unarmed.
Ran it again with my Rad/Traps Corruptor, was disappointed that my clone was Rad/Devices instead. That will be a painful battle against more than one since she loved to spam Smoke Grenade on me.
For the fight with Ajax I was given a AR/Kin flawed clone. She lasted pretty long against him, I had two emitters down before she finally died.
I had a dual blade stalker. It manged to survive even when I didn't. : P
My Bots/Storm Mastermind had some sort of weird hybrid between a Night Widow and a Kin, so Claws/Psionic/Kinetics. After he buffed me and my pets, he proceeded to tank both Ajax and the Wyvern mobs while I destroyed the projectors. He'd already drained Ajax of his endurance when I turned around and got him down to half health.

Just tried it with a DB/Nin Stalker. Clone turned out to be DB/Ill, so I'm going to go with close enough.

First time through with my Demons/Thermal MM I got an Elec Blast/Something. Not sure what the Something was - my power customization was set to Dark so I had trouble making out what else he was using. Had to keep healing him or he'd have died by the time I got to the 2nd psionic deelie.
Second time was with my Axe/WP Brute and I got a Super Strength/Poison. I had to taunt Ajax off him to keep him alive, but his heals and debuffs made it trivial for me to survive, and once the psi things fell he killed Ajax in 3 hits(!). Powers fit his look too (short muscley green vaguely orcy thing), I kinda wish I could reroll him with those powers 
I Ouro'd it on test with my elec/elec brute ('Lectric Lady, copied from Protector) and got a necro/(not sure what) MM. Updates to follow as characters on live servers have the experience.

My Demon/Pain got a Stone Armor/Psionic Blast clone. It worked really really well and Ajax without needing very many heals while me and my friends took our sweetass time killing ambushes and the devices.

Photoshop doesn't make a good artist.
My Spines/Regen stalker got a Demon Summoning/Illusion clone. Only saw the clone use the two holds and Spectral Terror, I think, but between those two sets, it was a good distraction for Ajax and Wyvern. The other time I ran it on the same character, it was Mercs/something, but I didn't pay enough attention to see its secondary.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
My Energy/Energy Stalker got a clone who was Cold Domination/Electrical Aura. I got shields out of the deal, and he seemed to be throwing the debuffs at enemies and running around with Lightning Field on... it was interesting. The survived until I left the mission

Mine was Brute something (character is a Thug/TA MM) and when I finished taking down the glowies the clone took out Ajax two seconds after I got one shot in.

It's a pretty funny coincidence, my Bane Spider (Operative Cerberus) is based off my Fire/Dark Brute (Loque Cerberus), before I created OC, I created a "heroic" version of him that was a Fire/Shield Scrapper.
When I ran this arc for the first time as Operative Cerberus, his flawed clone was also Fire Melee and Shield Defence. He also managed to tank Ajax for the entire mission.
An MMO closure is definitely not a joke, and I have no intention of making light of it. And it can be a tough and emotional thing for players to go through, speaking from personal experience. And I know that it's often much harder on the developers than on the publisher. However, I also know that it doesn't necessarily turn you into a sad, depressed sack of tears for the rest of your life. People can move past it, and heal.
mine had him down about 25% before I got back from blowing up the whatsits. between the two of us, he looked bad.
