Go to Redside.
Not until Lord Recluse dumps his North Atlantic islands and takes over some islands in the Caribbean. So, so sick of grey and brown.
I love redside. I have 3 heroes, and 20+ villains. I enjoy the villain AT's much more, distances between the zones aren't nearly as long, the mayhem missions are better than the safe guard missions imo, and I love the dirty, broken look. G-ville is a pain for non-flyers, but it's great, it's home to me.
CoV was the game I bought, and after a HDD format I re-downloaded it and by default got the CoH screen everytime I log in now. I don't know why but it drives me crazy, and as soon as I have the time to, I'll be reinstalling it just to see recluse and the crew and the red screen and the evil music.

And yes. I do love the Villain archetypes much, MUCH more than Hero archetypes.
Red side is just more diverse and fun, in my opinion. Unlike hero side were it's always "We need a Tank!" and "We need an Empath!".
The Merit disparity kills about any interest I have left, sadly.
I am levelling a Ninja/Storm Mastermind to 50 on my second account so I can have VEATs, but I just wish there were a 30-34 SF or a really tedious SF or two so we could get a 60-80 Merit SF somewhere.
That aside, I do love Mayhem missions, the writing and the scenery.
Questions about the game, either side? /t @Neuronia or @Neuronium, with your queries!
168760: A Death in the Gish. 3 missions, 1-14. Easy to solo.
Infinity Villains
Champion, Pinnacle, Virtue Heroes
Uh, okay. I'll just keep playing on both sides when I feel like it. Good stuff on both sides.
Guide: Tanking, Wall of Fire Style (Updated for I19!), and the Four Rules of Tanking
Story Arc: Belated Justice, #88003
Synopsis: Explore the fine line between justice and vengeance as you help a hero of Talos Island bring his friend's murderer to justice.
Grey Pilgrim: Fire/Fire Tanker (50), Victory
hm...Half my toons are redside the other one blueside.
Both have nice content although i like villain arcs more (especially the whole Storyarcs about the Coralax) and we have more cutscenes!

I'm PURPLE SIDE!
lol GR out already?!
the players are more competent, |
AND it isn't as bad as people say, and the more of you come, the better. |
1. More low level content. No more Kalinda/Burke, Gheed/Mongoose, Heck, Vendetti, Bocor, Radio, yet again...
2. Bringing Doms heroside.
Redside needs more content. And alternate zones that don't look like they're designed in the world's biggest garbage dump. Even the area that should, in theory, be more geared towards tourists (St. Martial) is bland, broken up, and trashy. And really - even with construction going on, would any tyrant let their "capitol" (or at least headquarters) get as much garbage on the streets as Grandville has, once you step off the armor plated walkways?
I kinda like having IO's. Sometimes I even slot them at levels other than 30 and 50!
Take that, Villains!

And this goes for all the parts of the Rouge Isles. Yeah, they didn't take all of the 'city' parts of PO, St Martial, Nerva and Cap and stick it all in one 'zone' then take all cemeteries of Shark, the jungles of nerva and the rocky outskirts of Cap and stick it in a 'wilderness' 'zone'. No, they put variety within the zones because it's far more interesting than having huge boring zones with only 1 'feature' like Skyway, Steel, Galaxy/Atlas, IP, hell even Terra Volta is a big snore. In all honesty, they could have just crammed those all into one big 'city' zone and have been done with it...and they still wouldn't hold a candle to the variety of just one of the areas in the RI.
EDIT: The phrasing you chose for your statement leads me to believe you're one of those crash helmet wearing marketeers who thinks hardcore price gouging is funny. More amusing yet (or perhaps pathetic) is that you seem to think it makes you some kinda e-thug tough guy... enjoy your dwindling population.
