Hero-only costume parts make no sense!

All right, so, there are two costume parts that are only available to Heroes, since they are unlocked via badges: the Epaulets from the Task Force Commander badge, and the Witch's Hat from the Ten Times The Victor badge. Can villains please have a way to unlock these too? Especially the hat, I think.

Still wish for the standard Epaulets on Villain side, every single time. Not everything evil needs spikes, thanks. The flat epaulets are much better, in a number of cases.

As for the Witch Hat, I'd suggested it be added into my Isla de los Muertos zone concept. >.>

But...the Cabal Witch Hat is ugly.

I'd rather see it get improved (ie...have some sort of hair added to it) before it went over to redside.

Emotes, too!

Heroes get access to ListenPoliceBand immediately upon creating the character
Villains get access to ListenStolenPoliceBand only after killing 1000 PPD

Heroes get access to Dice7 after completing the Hess TF
Villains aren't allowed to cheat at dice

When folks are expecting you to cheat, there's no sense in doing it.

because there are so many villains that need pointy hats and shoulder thingies

I think I can flag that emote to key off of multiple badges. Is there a badge villain side that would be an appropriate unlock for the dice7 emote?

How about the "Deuces Wild" exploration badge? That's easy to get...give you guys something to waggle in the face of heroes.

Actually, I say the cabal hat should be unlocked for doing that one mission in the Darrin Wade arc where you rescue the captives from the Lost, I mean she did say: "The Cabal will not forget this act of kindness."
Why the hell can't we get any favors from the folks we save there? It's not like we're heroes doin' it purely out of the kindness of our hearts, and the oni also said: "the oni are in your debt."

Sounds great!

None of my characters can get these costume pieces due to my teaming deficiencies, so I disapprove of the suggestion! Villains can share the pain of my heroes!

The Invader Accolade would be perfect to unlock epaulets.

(Granted, it's trickier to get Invader than Task Force Commander, as one cannot flashback to mayhem missions).

I disagree, the villians should not get the Hess dice unless they complete the Hess TF. Or better yet, Hess needs to have a Villian SF. Solves multiple issues. 1) Emote, 2) another SF for villians.

To bad the volcano does not erupt; shooting out the giant robot somewhere in Paragon.

How about this; after defeating the Hess TF, the Robot gets activated and starts a rampage much like the Rikti attacks; it goes from Paragon to the Isle's causing mass destruction. Then upon defeat of the robot, you get the dice emote; and perhaps a badge.

Striga < Siren's Call < Sharkhead Isle

Aww...I thought you were going to do your normal villain hate message. :-(

(I'm now wondering if your change in tone has to do with the possible change of your avatar for Going Rogue. :-p)

I've suggested a long time ago the Lobbyist / Crooked Politician Exploration Badge located on a Casino in Bloody Bay.
Spanky Rabinowitz' cousin Charlie 'Big Buck' Rabinowitz owned Big Bucks Casino. It is said much of Spanky's campaign money came from the take here.
Then you can unhook that emote from the Hess TF since it doesn't make one lick of in-game sense for that Easter Egg to be there.

I'd rather have the Witch Hat from the Magic Booster Pack made available to male and huge models. That is still pissing me off.

Branching Paragon Police Department Epic Archetype, please!

Aaaand unless you know about the emote already you won't even know you have access to it after completing the TF.
How about Burkholder's Bane unlocks the Giant Robot Claw costume piece? (You too can have a big metal claw for a hand, just like Burkholder!)

When i think about it, villains really deserve some unlockable costume pieces of their own.

Dr. Todt's theme.
i make stuff...

And when I think about, I don't think any side should have exclusive unlockable costume parts. Costumery is one area that should have the same options on both sides of the moral divide.

I fully support the emotes and costume pieces being "proliferated" to the redside, any way that makes at least some amount of logical sense.

The robot is a vehicle, not an automaton. And since the controls can only be operated by Burkholder's robotic hand, and Burkholder is defeated and presumably captured at the end of the TF, it seems difficult for the robot to do anything.

This.
And no 'GR is coming, go the them then!' is not a valid arguement.
1) GR is a paid for expanision. Some people will not be able to/wont want to buy it.
2) What if you dont want to change side? Given that, apparently, staying loya to one side has added bonuses, why should people have to forfeit that to get a costume piece that, really, should be available to everyone.

Suggested solution; Make the Dice 7 emote unlock as per BaBs suggestion.
And simply remove Epaulets from the TF reward, and unlock them for everyone. That sounds like a win/win to me.
