Is this badge going to be awarded to all current and future characters on the account like Veteran badges, or will they only be available for a limited time?

Tomorrow is the moment of truth, then. I'm praying like hell for this, as I'm selfish and want in on Going Rogue beta. However, although I think I was active the whole time, I'm paranoid that it lapsed for a couple of minutes or something between my previous paid time ending and my automatic paytment for the next group of time.
Ah well, tomorrow I'll find out. :x

The great part is, by the time closed beta starts, I'll be qualifying for the 3rd, 4th and 5th categories.

Either way, between veteran rewards, these badges, and all the neat info they "leak" for us, it's nice to see that the developers really care about their player-base!

Can anyone tell me and anyone else that may be wondering how we get into this closed beta once we are able to? Is it just a matter of logging in and having the option? Or is it all on the test server?
Since we're so loyal, can you tell us when Going Rogue is going into beta?

Your closed beta access is basically flagged on your account, I believe, so when you log onto the test server it tells you whether or not you are allowed in.

During our maintenance window Thursday, November 19th (4:00 – 6:00 AM Pacific), we will be granting the Loyalty badge (Vigilant for Heroes and Determined for Villains) to players who maintained an active account from August 15, 2009 through November 16, 2009.
