Reported this a few days ago: "The face on the Facemaker in Cap au Diable is warped. The one you go to for the level 20 costume. It's fairly heinous looking."
Received a standard response of, "The Quality Assurance Team will be evaluating this report to determine a resolution for the issue." which made me daydream up all sorts of shenanigans involving teams of GM's in hazmat suits poking and prodding at her only to find some jerk shoved too many wet Cheetohs™ up her nose.
Its part of her halloween costume...she's just forgotten to take it off now that the event is over 
that is mildly disterbing.

Dear Facemaker,
I restarted, did unload gfx, and reverified. She's the only NPC that does it. But nobody else has said a word about it yet. It's a tad freaky! 
I appreciate the irony of the issue you're currently having and your name. Though I don't mean to make light of your situation. Perhaps you could try to get a facelift, or maybe just facial reconstructive surgery. I spend a lot of money in your fine establishment, so I'd be happy to spring for a little extra to help you out.
