    I was able to access my premium account, I think they are slowly opening them all up, just tell your brother to keep trying from time to time.

    I'm still emailing support back and forth, still no nearer to getting it fixed but least they're trying. Tried everything from uninstalling to numerous password changes to unremembering account. Now i can't get on to beta as well since the maintence today.

    Kind of gutted that I've missed a nice bulk of the headstart and also getting the tasty names on VIP, but I can live with that, as long as I can get on there before the sale ends on beam rifle.

    Does anyone know how long the deal for beam rifle is on for?

    I've been unable to log into the game since Thursday (password issues) and I don't want to miss out on the deal.

    I can log in to Beta with my old password, but not with the new password I've change it to if that helps.

    I can't log into the game I keep getting the following message (EU account)

    The account name or password that you have entered is incorrect

    I've changed it numerous times via game account and still no joy

    I can go onto Beta with my old password, I've even changed my trial US version which is linked to the same account and this is fine though comes up with Payment for this account has expired.

    I've sent a message to support and tried their methods and that not working.

    Anyone else experiencing this or know a way of fixing it?
