Bugs are constantly fixed.

But every time the code is changed, it spawns the possibility of a new bug appearing elsewhere.

Then those are fixed.

So, sre you seriously asking that all those that aren't involved with bug fixing or code fixes sit around on their hands until every single last bug in the game is fixed?

Was just wondering...

A comment I read somewhere from Herocon said that we will get power customization for the pool powers.

Is it possible that [Ninja Run] is the first effort to try new animations with movement powers? Is it reasonable to wonder if this means that - like taunt and some punches have alternate animation choices - travel powers may get options with customization?

Obvioulsy trying to hit me up for more money is more important to them than fixing a bugged game that they already have my money for.
Let me make this easier for you.

We're making a house.
Positron is the manager. He looks over everybody and makes sure all jobs get done.
War Witch is the architect. She makes the blueprints and decides what the house will look like.
pohsyb builds the house based on the blueprints. He places the building materials and hammers in the nails.
BABs is the painter of the house. He makes things look pretty.

You're saying all the devs that have NOTHING TO DO with fixing bugs should drop what they're doing and fix bugs instead. You're saying the painter, and the manager, and the lady that makes blueprints should STOP doing that and go rebuild a wing of the house. You're saying that BABs, instead of painting the parts of the house that are done and correct, should somehow redo the kitchen cabinets.

It's not his job, nor does he necessarily even know how to fix bugs. His job is completely and utterly unrelated to the thing you're telling him to do. If we were to stop production on everything else until bugs are fixed, probably 90% of the devs would be sitting around doing nothing. Bugs would continue to be found and fixed at the exact same rate that they're being fixed now. The only difference is that everyone else on payroll isn't doing anything now.

There's plenty of stuff for BABs to paint while the garage is being fixed.

I would pay $10 again for the ability to detach the animations from the NR power.

Can I get an Amen?

And another $10 more to be able to remove the standing ninja stance.

Hallelujah brothers and sisters (and other)!

Could we get that as an additional pack?

BABs, how much coding can your crew get done for $20? Will my twenty be a big enough budget to get it done?
I can wait as long as until tomorrow night for you guys to finish.

So does everyone else, but that shouldn't stop them from making new stuff too. You're not a special snowflake, sorry.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

Oh that's brilliant. I love it I may use the 'house" analogy in my work. FYI I work in tech support for a very popular website. You wouldn't believe the number of times I hear complaints exactly like the one your responding too. When people write (or say) those sorts of things they aren't really thinking logically. They're just mad and venting..if they slowed down and thought about it.well...anyway...

And more KUDOS to the Cox Team on the booster pack. Overall I've been thrilled with direction the games been taking. I've had my moments and issues with things I didn't like. But in general the COX is doing fantastic...now I want them to get to work on GR. I want to play those new AT's!!!!!

Make Mine COX!!!!

Another analogy I've used is "who do you blame for patient records being made public in a Hospital? Records department, or the cafeteria (both of which are vitally important, cause you don't want that doctor working on you with low blood sugar!)?"

Because frankly, the lunch lady has no impact on the Records department's procedures.

Another less subtle one I used in another thread: If I approached the guy who checks my electric meter to insult him and say wasting time when he could be fixing my air conditioner, he'd probably call me an idiot.

Okay checked it out, read about it looked it over, decide I was Icon junkie enough to decide new costume pieces would be worth it. I will be posting Pics here shortly.

Ninja Run = Acrobatics (nuff said). Unexpected I love it. It does work with your run power (Sprint).

CC change: Smoke Bomb / Ninja Leap at first didn't work But bugged it and before I logged it was working as intended, Yea Dev's.
Update the emotes don't work with Shield powers

Warrior Icon parts for females looked pretty good. (Update pics)

Its possible. Don't forget things like Weapon Customization, alternate animations for various melee powers and some powers (like Earth Control) having alternate graphics. Now, I don't know how possible, but it would be a wonderful goal...

I can understand this. I'd love to have the benefit of the power but without the look. Its not appropriate for all my characters, visually. I'd love to have a complete divorce from looks and function. I'd rather have that patched into the current pack than a separate pack, mind you

Bug I found. Others may have mentioned it.

The Tai -> Tai Skin glove for females is using the male skin texture. As a result, there's a cutoff line where the normal arm ends and the new texture begins. It also looks overly hairy/veiny/muscular and doesn't look good. I bugged it in game. I encourage others to do the same, so we can get it fixed ASAP. I really wanna use that glove.

I guess that makes Castle that fifth guy on the Monster House build team that was always goofing off on camera.

I disagree that others should bug it in the game. Flooding the service center with bug reports about the same thing is only going to drown out other people's issues.

Besides, BABs has already said that Sexy Jay and his sidekick are working on the known costume issues. This bug you're bringing up has already been listed earlier in this very thread, so they probably know that it's an issue.

Nay... nay I say!

Jay paints the house; BaBs automates it.

That's just silly. There's no room for a Castle in the house.

I can partially agree, I would like them to fix the bugs in the game. However, it's obviously an excellent business decision to fix bugs and release new content in tandem (disregarding the fact that new content creates new bugs). Why is it an excellent business decision? Because a lot of people will buy the booster packs. The company will therefore get more money, and be able to implement more stuff that people want. Remember, the Wedding Pack basically funded VEAT creation.

I absolutely love that analogy. I laughed out loud when I first read it. My partner laughed out loud when I told him about it. Brilliant!

Ahhhhh, *that's* what that was. I saw that and thought "EW! Not using THOSE gloves!" I didn't even think of it as being a bug.. because so many of the different skin textures (and tights colors) don't match up at the neck-line.

Click for larger.

I am trying to create a character based on Buccaneer Bruce to take over my Buccaneers villain group when Spirit is redeemed. I was excited when I saw the ninja robe because I thought (along with the sleeves) it would make a great Buccaneer costume. But now I'm starting to think that without an actual swashbuckler hat, I won't be able to pull it off.

I tried using the existing pirate hats, and they really don't convey the look I want. So I tried the wide brimmed hat that came with the magic pack, and the bandanna (which is what Spirit wears). What do you guys think? Does anyone have any suggestions?

But if they don't fix the bugs, then you'll quit, and then they'll lose your sub and the possibility of extra cash from you for the booster packs
