Things you would like to see in GR?
I think what we've already been told is going to be in it (Demon Summoning, Dual Pistols, Redemption/Fallen From Grace, 6 new zones, new early game content, new end game content, new lvl 50 options, etc) are quite satisfying as it is
Not like we're not also getting free issues at the same time

Can HEAT's and VEAT's transfer from side to side? I've heard that they can't...?

Weather.
About a million new costume options. CO is looking tempting. At least their furries look half-decent.
Epic achiements, that VISUALLY show that this character has done it all, and isn't just another 50 pharmed in 2 days over 2xp weekend.
A new secondary power-set for Blasters. They have the least number of choices for secondaries out there. (Yes, yes, I know, Masterminds have less Primary power-sets then Blasters have secondaries, but unless they're going to add clowns as a Mastermind primary power-set, I can't think of what else they could add.)
- An addition to the team search that allows players to search for teams that are looking for more members.
- A Martial Arts themed secondary set for Blasters. Natural origin Blasters need more choices than just Devices.
Incarnate Epics.
non cape back items.
A max on the number of broadcasts one can do within say 5 minutes.
Especially if the toon is located either in AE or under Atlas.
No Mapserves :P
A new set of "Praetorian" starting ATs (with yes, Incarnate epics), including one that provides a customizable sidekick.
New powersets/proliferation for existing ATs.

Influence Sink: IO Level Mod/Recrafting
Random Merit Rolls: Scale cost by Toon Level
More costumes that look like badgers.
In addition to the new Praetorian content, I'd like to see some of the old content cleaned up. Fewer "busywork" missions, and a more streamlined flow, like the Villains content.
Now that we have the system in place that adds a contact to your list when you unlock them, I'd like to see the "introduction" missions go away. i.e; at level 5, David Wincott gets added to your contact list, at level 7, the Perez Park Security Chief, at level 10, the Steel Canyon Security Chief, at level 12, the Bloody Bay Liason, etc.
Since we will have the ability to "go rogue," there isn't a lot of point keeping the ATs exclusive to one side or the other, so I'd like to see us have the ability to make a heroic Dominator or villainous Blaster (for example) from level 1 and start in the appropriate zones.
I expect to see a boatload of new costume pieces, a new Co-Op / PVP zone for heroes and villains, and another Epic AT unlocked by having a hero or villain switch sides, and then go back again (complete both sets of story arcs, leading to an accolade). This last would obviously be exclusive to those who bought the Going Rogue expansion.

And I don't just mean in Croatoa - I want intermitent snow showers in downtown Paragon City. Or if not snow showers, since that would screw up most peoples' computers, how about just snow cover, drifts, and frozen lakes/ponds?
Also, I hadn't ever thought of the idea of an AT with one customizable, summonable sidekick - that would be pretty awesome!

* Customizatoin and Alt. Animations (where appropriate) proliferated to All Sets and Pools.
* More costume options (esp. new hair options and 'Plus' options for most or all 'w. Skin' costumes)
* New Epic
* Ability for a lvl 50 to do Radio/Newspaper type missions in every zone
Really I have a hard time thinking of anything somebody else hasn't mentioned already, or that's relatively easily done...
NEW base building pieces, floors, walls, railings, etc... Lord knows that because of this three items I have spent many hours and much prestige on my teleporter rooms( well over 2000 pieces). But we all know that this is never going to change.
Pirates primary for Masterminds
Bird costume pieces
Ball And Chain powerset for Brutes and Tankers
Revamp of Hero content so that missions in Story Arcs don't deviate too far from the contact's zone. I get tired of running through 2 zones to get to a mission, just to have to run back through 2 zones to get back to my contact, then have to run through another zone to get to my next mission.

I'm not questioning your belief that it is in GR, but could you please provide links to avoid the inevitable debate as to whether the feature is planned or not? (I'm looking at the 6 new zones in particular. )
I'm hoping for the Universal Enhancement Slots...

He also confirmed that a character could begin their career in Praetoria (new low level content), that heroes would be able to become villains, villains could become heroes, or they could stay in the middle if they chose and become vigilantes and rogues, respectively.
New high level content has been hinted at, but not elaborated on, aside from to say that the planned high level content is supposed to make current high level content look easy.
Castle has hinted at advancement beyond 50, but not the form that advancement would take. He emphasized that it would not be a level cap increase, but something else.
While high level content and post 50 advancement have been talked about, they have not been specifically linked to Going Rogue.

Personally I think its about time a polearm set was added. Sure it would prob be another lethal damage set, but it would be nice to see things like a bo staff, halberd, and spear availible as weapons.
