A team of us ran a master Baracuda SF yesterday. We failed it but finished it. After exiting the last mission we *all* mapserved. Everyone on the team did.

Once we all logged back in the * had passed to someone else and he went to see Baracuda to finish it.

Nobody got merits.

This seems to be a growing concern around players and with all the posts I've seen about it, NCSoft support has been less than helpful by going on the logs alone, noting the mission was completed so therefore no problem. However the mapserv issue has been getting worse and worse as of late, hopefully one of the rednames sees all these issues and decides to investigate for themselves to discover the root of the problem.

I thought it would be OK because we mapserved and reconnected before it was actually finished.

I need to start checking my merits before every SF/TF.

There's a bug with Brute Claws/ and prestige power slide. Specifically, when you have your claws out, power slide switches from a "sliding" animation to a "running" animation. Already /bugged it in game, but hopefully posting it here will help too.

getting stuck at the loading screen on door missions. Have to task manager >reload game.
But it's only with the new AT's o_O............

They were restoring it to the way it used to be as I recall. Some function or other that was supposed to smooth things got broken.

Mission inflation in the MA editor is back, due to the return of replacing " " with " ". My arc gained 0.22% in size again due to this, enough to push it above 100% and into uneditable again, sigh. It can be fixed by locating the missing spaces, but we shouldn't have to do this once more...

This is consistent with some of the bizarre behavior I'm seeing with the Demonic accolade progress bar...I'm guessing the coding for Force of Nature, Demonic and High Pain Threshold got crossed up somehow.

I just soloed two entire arcs set for 8. I filled my salvage twice, and only got a pittance of recipes. I'll start recording drops as well, as others have already shown that the rate appears to be lower than is expected.

Nope, this is a brand new stalker I made for i16 so no IOs of any kind. This is also the first EA stalker I've ever tried to make, so I wasn't sure if this is a new bug or an old one.

Fixing the bug required re-exporting all of the affected geometry. Likely some of it just go missed.

Let us know the mission, preferably with a /loc and we should be able to get those fixed pretty easily.

Hopefully you can slap around the ninjitsu animations as well sometime later as mentioned in the original post

As a heavy duty market user, I can see it as neutral. After all, if prices increase due to rarity, so do my sale profits. I pay more for things I buy, but get more for things I sell, so in general, market price increases are a wash.

But I don't see how that's awesome.

On the badge thing , did you check to see if it fixed itself after either zoning or logging? WHen that happens to me, either of those usually fixes it.

And not sure if the CoT Random Access Portal bit is a bug or not - some maps have had it forever (as in launch).

Stone Melee: The Lava and Crystal "gloves" are scaled too small on female models. The Original and Color Tintable "gloves" are normal size, though. I know you fixed this bug at least once during beta, but it's back again.

Attempting to save or load a color scheme on my Robots/Poison mastermind bugs the menu so that no Poison powers can be customized anymore; it immediately reverts back to Original when trying to select Color Tintable, and remains bugged on all my costumes until I reload the client. The game becomes unstable at this point and crashes after a couple minutes. I also cannot reproduce this on Test with the same character.

When I go to the Test server to save some of the custom power schemes I made there, the powerCust files are generally not being accepted by the live game. They don't show up on the menu, like the files aren't there at all. These are just plain text files, so I don't know what the problem could be.

At least in the case of the Demonic badge neither zoning, logging or doing anything else seems to reward the accolade or the badge. Completion bar still full. Accolade still not awarded.

I wonder if anyone noticed this, maybe it was just me. I have a bots/pain MM, did a mission and then exited with the pets. When I got out, my pets appeared, but were no longer listed under my pets list. Also, when I tried to hit the follow command, I got the "command fails, no active pets" (or similar) message. I tried to summon more, but it did nothing, like it would normally do if there are no pets to replace. They did follow me around, but it just seemed like I was looking at bots on someone else's team. They didn't have any name under them (like another MM's would). I did "/release_pets" and they all died, and one of each showed up in my pet list with the dead skull icon. After that I could summon normally. This did only happen once, so I'll try again later and see.

Had the same problem with bots/dark MM zoning and bots came with but were not MY pets. Also, bots are once again getting hung up on apparently nothing (both indoors and outdoors).

The "Born in Battle" accolade (before I got it, and was ONLY missing "Iron Woman") said - "You have 5 of 7 badges"... there are only six now. Dinged "Iron Woman" and boom, Accolade.

Re: the geometry, neat - I will have to go look at that.

Re: the drop rate of recipes - says who? I-16 went live yesterday - I set my lvl 50 bots/dark MM to +0/8-man team. Have gotten two purples in two days by doing newspaper missions. I like these odds.

Says a number of people who've been testing extensively. The recipe drop has been screwed all though beta, and still appears to be screwed in I16 live. You can read the thread here:

If you're getting normal drops, that's both great and very interesting. Would it be possible for you to turn on chat logging next time you do a run, and produce some accurate data to add to the stats? You can generate the stats easily by running the log file through DropStats, which will do all the tallying of defeats and drops for you (www.glasspaw.com/dropstats). If you could, that would be really awesome :-)
