People who ask if you want to join a team without offering any explanation as to what type of team it is or what they are doing.
People who spam you to join them when you're clearly already on a team, i.e. name is grayed out in the search function. This especially bugs me when I'm on a taskforce.

When I've been looking for a team with one toon, switch toons and the flag says I'm looking for a team on the new toon as well (even though I didn't set the flag that way.)
