    Farewell

Over the last couple of years or so I haven't had as much time as I would have liked to play, but still got on when I could to pop some heads and have some fun. It sucks rotten eggs that CoH is going away- I am very sad. This game has been a part of my life for the past 8 years and I feel as if I am losing a friend- not to mention all of you fine folks that have really made the game what it was. This was the first MMO that I ever got into, and the only one I have ever stuck with for more than a few months.

For those who may remember me- either from teaming or from when I used to be more active here on the forums- farewell. I hope you all find happiness, whereever your real or virtual lives take you next.

To all: Thx for the team! Happy hunting. Freem. Amen.

(It really is a Nemesis Plot!)

    Yeah, BMT's my real SG.
    This.

    Amen brotha.

I joined Heroes Inc. in 2005, very soon after its founding by Jayle Bate. All of my toons since then have been in H.I. I took a semi-leadership role early on and for years H.I. thrived. We had two main divisions, and a retirement home SG for our 50s out to pasture. But H.I. has since fallen on rougher times. Through player attrition over time and absence of active recruiting, we're probably down to around 3-5 sporadic players, and it is rare to actually catch one another online. Most of the time it feels like a solo SG with a gigantic, fully stocked base. The funny thing is that even after years of neglect, we were still in the top 100 last time I looked. We all know-- prestige generation is such a hugely important part of this game.

I play a lot of pugs and BMT rocks for putting together task forces. Campion server events are awesome and are a lot less hassle than trying to run a large SG. Thanks and cheers to our fearless community organizers, to all I've teamed with in the past, and to all those I'll team with in the future.
  5. One thing is for certain: there is no stopping them; the ants will soon be here. And I for one welcome our new insect overlords. I’d like to remind them that as a trusted TV personality, I can be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground sugar caves.

There are genuinely some good, helpful, polite ppl on this server, you just have to sift through alot of jerks to find them. Good Luck wherever you end up

    What a rude jerk!

    Hilarious Vid

awesome yet sad. I can almost believe this is a real chat log.
  11. I see no reason to leave. (At least until Activision comes out with a MMO version of "Pitfall". Then all bets are off.)
  12. My vote: Mind/TA controller. Lots of control, very little damage, and no way to ignite your oil.

Unfortunately there are no regen tanks.

No AE in Mercy or Atlas/Galaxy City. and Put a level minimum on it. Even something as low as 10 or even 6. Just to give the new players a taste of something besides AE Farms.
Make them earn the right to AE even a little bit.

    Cordially Yours,

This, but make it 25. Srsly.

Now the catch: All members on the team MUST be from your sg or divisions of your sg. This means United Legends Brigade may team with United Heroes Brigade. Your sg may bring more than one team to the competition...

Even then, enhancements, and many other aspects of the game are explained again by Ms. Liberty or whatever trainer you use for your first couple of levels. The information is not hidden for those not too lazy to read it.
