I think I get to say that the devs stole an idea of mine (since I actually put numbers up her). What happened is pretty close to what I gave in function: +regen rather than +hp, +end redux rather than +recov, and the uptime ratio is identical. Go me.

Yeah dropping Aid self would be nice. However I"d have to think about what to drop on my buzzsaw dm/elec.

Ooh. Speaking as a likely contender for Most Total Combined Levels of Electric Armor, this gets me more excited than anything since the announcement of City of Villains. Even if the final version doesn't resemble that at all, just the fact that they're willing to make such a change makes me want to find Castle and kiss him right on the mouth.
I'm not going to, don't worry Castle, but I want to.
So it seems likely that Conserve Power has found its way to Mu Mastery, yeah? And is this change the case for Stalker Electric Armor as well? I wish I'd taken them more seriously about I15 open beta participation getting you consideration for this one...

We don't know how CP is being dealt with on EA (wrt the addition of CP to the mu pool)

Well... it looks like the old "Cottage Rule" just got a new version.
Apparently, Build Up cannot be changed to build up a cottage at your location. However, if it JUST HAPPENS to build up a cottage at your location, while still increasing your damage and accuracy...
