Also, this wouldn't have made it to live if people had actually summoned the Rikti Monkey pet on Test.

On a side note Co* dosent have near the funding as like say WoW does and even WoW borks their patches a number of times. Its almost impossible to catch every single bug going through, Im just glad they pulled it off the servers once they realized it was messing them up.
Better than ON 2xp weekend. Wait... wait. Champion and Protector (both also affected heavily this time) were down for a while then.

"How do you know you are on the side of good?" a Paragon citizen asked him. "How can we even know what is 'good'?"
"The Most High has spoken, even with His own blood," Melancton replied. "Surely we know."

I heard a rumor that summoned Rikti Monkeys will replace the police drones outside the AE buildings for the next 2XP weekend - is this true?

The correct text (for somebody with a base) is:
You have been defeated! You can either WAIT for someone to revive you, or be rushed to either the Hospital or the Medical Center in your base. |
You forgot "somone".

When I did the log out option it wouldent log me out for what ever reason because of the LCTM and I had to 'Force" the program to quit. Was amusing to say the least but also very annoying
I'll actually be a bit sorry when the do manage to fix the chat bug and make it stick, because I'll no longer be able to blame the devs when my kitten plays "death from above" with my fingers as I chat.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
Since this appears to be a problem with missing game assets, that is the rikti monkey pet, I'm guessing the build team is going to triple check that all game assets and references pointing to them are correct before they try another rollout.
Someone in build and QA is going to have a bit of explaining to do.

Sure I will admit that I have never done any programming like this. But I do know loads of HTML and have also programmed in Flash because um . . . oh yeah, I took classes on them. So I know what it is like to have unexpected bugs. And I do know there is a difference between nice clean organized code, and sloppy code. Pieces of code can be placed in different places in slightly different ways and still achieve a similar result. But it is integral to observe the hierchy and keep things organized. I am aware that bugs happen. But lately it hasn't been an occasional bug. It has been expected to have multiple bugs per issue. So I will stick to my guns there regardless of your opinion about my knowledge of code.
That said, do not get me wrong, I still enjoy the game, I was just saying bugs are annoying when they throw punches in bunches.

Come back when you know a real programming language. And learn the difference between legacy code and fresh code.

A bit of a black eye for the game, having this happen just after the server issues on 2XP weekend.
Hopefully it is fixed and pushed to live later this week.
