actually iirc the thread with the issue 11 teasers in were the biggest. Cant remember which of our mods said something like "eyes turn green and grabs table" or something but it was that thread anyway.
Edit: Those are the kind of teasers/hints that i love, ones that get you guessing for ages about whats coming and we all turn out to be wrong.

Comon guys, If the thread goes too far off-topic then on Avatea's arrival it gets locked or deleted. Personally I think this thread is too important.
Yes GhostRaptor has posted before his departure, Yes we have had the good news that Avatea will be representing us over in California...
But, We still haven't had any official comment or explanation for the EU.layoff by NC West and any reassurance about the viability of continued support with a skeleton staff, nor an apology for the lack of communication.
Call me an Elephant with my 'never forgets' mentality if you like, but I still want to hear what NC West has to say about this and not be smooth talked or distracted out of an explanation by talk of the Issue 14 Beta/going live.
The above is not intended to kick start any worries again re: the franchise, but I feel like we are being short-changed here re: the upset over the last few days.
Whether Its in the name of departmentalisation or not, I've already had an email I sent out to NC West's global PR/Customer support departments kicked back to the EU.offices in Brighton, which just goes to show they are not interested in explaining their behaviour, and certainly don't care for your opinion as an EU.subscriber. At the moment I don't feel like renewing past September when my subscription is up, and I never thought I'd feel like that.
Oh for crying out loud - every single industry in the world is laying staff off, buying up other companies for bargain prices (hello Square Eidos!).
If you need it spelled out to you given the financial state of the world, then it's probably too complicated for you to understand.
And if you want more PR, then you'll have to wait until they've got the Sales and Marketing departement reorganised.

They should sort out the PR line they'll give to subscribers [u]before[u] they fire the local PR team, or handle it promptly themselves.
Whatever the reason for the recent events their customer handling was terrible, and like ML I'm considering whether it's worth budgeting further subscriptions money for a company that seems to care so little for its subscribers.
As you say, times are hard and money shouldn't be wasted.

, While open to the suggestion I may be worrying unnecessarily, I think we're due an explanation/apology thats all I'm saying. The lack of communication is terrible, and whats changed other than the news Avateas off to the states to represent us?, Issue 14 beta news?, anything else? - you convinced supports going to be ok with a skeleton staff?. Try reading back though the thread Myopic, Its not just rookie doom-mongers posting throughout - Its forum veterans as well who are angered by the lack of communication.
I have been reading through the thread ML - yeah, it was harsh, but I'll blame it on not dealing well with those in my job who demand to be put first for priority when they don't have a clue what's going on.
I do think that those who have posted(and I mean the ones who aren't normally complaining or whining) are over-reacting a little.
Given that the last time my company announced BIG news, the entire staff found out by reading the newspaper, it doesn't surprise me that NC aren't telling us anything, let alone spelling out their current plan.
Given that Avatea now has to organise a HUGE move that she would have had no idea about a week ago, I think the lack of any clear succession plan is to be expected.
Give reality a chance to take its course - the game is still here and we might as well keep playing it. That's why we're all here in the first place.
