Kheldian naming?

My Peacebringer's human identity was a Paragon Police SWAT operative named Scott Storm. Critically wounded in the Rikti counter-attack a year ago, he found himself in the field hospital with one of PPD's Kheldian operatives. The human half of the bonded pair was dying, and Storm aggreed to save the life of the man's Kheldian half by becoming its host. Thus, Brightstorm was born.

Hey, that's not bad, considering I just now made it up, right? Think I'll keep it.

My warshade was a Void Stalker assigned to the Shadow Shard, and got his first taste of battle when the Rularuu he was embedded with was attacked by a scrapper named Fyst. Fyst defeated the group and the stalker went down, but not before his final shot downed the hero. Teleportation energies hummed, and Fyst zipped off to a hospital unit, but something remained: a duplicated body resulting from the weird energies of the shard. The Nicti pieces instinctively invaded the still breathing body, but the process fused them into a whole Nictus, and the melding gave them enough of Fyst's personality that, for the first time, they/he experienced regret.

And Tempyst was born.

Last night I reserved the name Starless Knight for my Warshade. To be honest I was stunned it wasn't taken.

Hey wait, this is over 2 years old! I was wondering why I saw so many old, old names posting at the start, there was a necro-post somewhere along the line.

I didnae have a WS when it was originally posted though so I'll bite : Dark Quasar is my Warshade, just because it sounded suitably SciFi and gloomy.

I've no idea what a Dark Quasar is supposed to be mind.

I currently only have 4 Kheldians but they haven't seen a whole lot of action for the past several months mainly owing to my feeling like the Devs really don't care about Khelds:

However, recently I have started getting back into playing my Khelds and am loving it.

My one PB was made just after Area Man hit 50, and I had to come up with something quick, so he became "Aerial Man."

Warshades include "Umbral-La" and my favorite, a joining of Sue Sherman and Shee T'kar to become "Sue-Shee"

I only have one PB and Warshade. PB is "Silver Sol". My Warshade is named after my (long since retired) Star Wars Galaxies character: Varkahn.

My girlfriend has a PB named Forfax. It's the name of the angel of constellations. She made it on Monday, so I'm shocked it wasn't already taken.

Well, My Warshade is Vodoun. Her Kheldian half was forced to merge with a newly dead body, which was so traumatic that it essentially labotomized the alien consciousness. The body is driven around by the fragments of her human personality which believes that she has been resurrected by a Loa to right the wrongs around her.

My Peacebringer is "Feign's Player"... And yeah, I don't really have a backstory to him, he's just who I use when I wanna be myself. (his human form looks as close to the real me as the character creator could manage)

My PB is named Light Bringer Prime. I think I was reading the Sinestro Corp War at the time so the Prime bit came from Superboy Prime because for some reason it just sounded like it had to be there in the name.

I made a few odd ones.

The three I play most often are my PB, "Ghost Drive". He's suppose to be an skeletal android housing a 'bio-matrix' capable of faking a host body for the lil' squidling.

My second WS is "Razorbeam". A flashy full body/face black outfit and skin with white 'dagger print' on the chest and lower body.

The other is a PB, "Leading Lady". A tragic mixing of magic and science via 5th Column whackos who brought a leading lady from the silver screen of old Hollywood back to pseudo-life. She has a retro look in shades of grey (including her skin).

All three are "human form onlys".

I was hoping to make a crab form only one for the City of Gaymers' A.Q.U.A. Sg.
"Ghost Crab" was taken so I am still mulling over names for him/her/it/crabbykins.

My PB's name is Cardinal Virtue, since I wanted to make an angel styled toon, and have him be a hero filled with.....well virtue!

My warshade is named Alterstar and my Peacebringer is named Coldstar. I was thinking of naming him Firestar but in creation he ended up with a whole blue theme.

Peacebringer: Clair de Lune

Aside from the fact that I absolutely love that song (even though it's in the classical music genre), it means "moonlight", which seemed appropriate.

Warshade: Violet Angel

I wanted an odd angelic character, and this name fit quite nicely, especially since some people (including myself when I haven't played this character for a while) misread "Violet" as "Violent". The backstory I'm thinking about would probably require me to read into the Nictus to see if it fits with the CoX canon, so I'll hold off posting it until then.

After reading the backstory that The_Mercsman has for his warshade (that was really good, btw), I feel motivated to come up with backstories for my Kheldians. So...

I was playing with a friend's WS and one of her Dark Extraction Pets floated past me in combat. All I could think was that it looked fluffy.

The name just stuck in my head....
...Somehow, I got it past the creation screens.

I play the WS, Fluffy.
