We all know the Devs nerf accuracy EVERY issue.
Regen will get -10% regen rate if you change it's color tho

Yeah, if your going for a "ZOMG NERFZ" thread, you have to at least try to make it believable. The devs have said absolutely nothing regarding the Issue 16 pictures, so we really have no idea about anything except for, it's power customization. (Or is that what they want us to think? *Duhn Duhn Duuuuuhhn!*)

Regen will have an ULTRA green FX setting, which is like the annoyance factor of I1 regen x3, which offers a 15% regen bonus to all powers. This scales down all the way to RED, where all powers will actually reduce your character's regen.

You are misleading them with this statement, you forgot to tell them the correct color is NOT the base one all start with and they have to guess what the correct color is. Imagine my surprise while playing mega-closed-beta and find that the "correct color" for dark melee was bright pink.

Naw, it scales down even further. Make them neon pink and they'll start dealing damage over time to your character.
