The first character I made when I bought CoH was a eng/eng blaster named Sunbird. I had no way of knowing at the time about the blue blasts and pink pom pom hands. A fair bit disappointed I went on to make other characters but never deleted her. Now she looks just like I wanted her to in the first place, and am having a blast with my very first blaster again.

Not from years ago, but yesterday. I made my ice sword look like ice. The white trail behind it is the mist that is supposed to be swirling around it.

I loved finding PD accidentally. We had just got the game four and a half years ago, and were running around with our mains in Kings Row (which looks alot like Detroit). and found this clickable truck....

My favorite tankers name is Chill Axe. I know, goofy name. Only her friends know her real one.

The concept came first. While locked in mortal combat with an ice wyrm, she was frozen solid. The ice kept her perfectly preserved in a state of suspended animation. As she was not technically dead, the Valkyries couldn't take her to Valhalla, so it was decreed she would be found and returned when her country most needed her.

She was revived during the battle for Norway in WWII. Tyr (via the Valkyries) gifted her with an ice shield, formed from the ice which hand imprisoned her, and super human strength and endurance. She still however, uses her own axe, which has been refined for her.

During the war she fought by night, and became a legend to her enemies.

After the war, she devoted her time to learning about the modern world. When the 5th Column, then the Council rose, she came to Paragon City, and joined the Super Group the Chosen of Valhalla to fight the good fight.

After that, I dove into the creator.

I love playing this tanker. She is active, and very protective. She is always the first into combat, and will do everything to bring her teammates back alive.

Try higher traffic zones like the Hollows (5-10), Steel (10-20), or Talos (20+).

Redside, Cap is the easiest.

Also, as everyone needs to train and sell drops, by the trainers and near WWs it's easier to find folks.

I think energy is cosmic friendly. My eng/eng blaster is *surprise* an alien. I've seen some great grav powered character concepts. And there are always robots.

I loved my ice/ice from the word go. She's over four years old, and not a week goes by that I don't spend some quality time playing her.

I use it to keep on level par with my husband alts. I play a lot more than he does, because I have more time. With the exp off, he can have fun leveling his alts instead of the rather dull leveling without experiencing the game that he would have with a level pact, and I can play to my hearts content.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering why she suddenly stopped talking to my late 20s scrapper as well.

I am so looking forward to this. At this point none of my 50s has been able to complete a STF, because getting a group together was so hard!

It really can be done without being loathed. My oldest alt from issue...2? Three? Is an eng/eng blaster. She sat on the shelf for a bit, mostly because I fell in love with controllers. Since I dusted her off a bit ago, I've been having a ton of fun.

Yes, you can control the KB. As mentioned, walls are great. You can also KB a baddie back into melee range of the tank or scrapper if it runs out for some reason. I frequently duo with a tank, and we have the herding and blasting down to an art. We were feeling sorry for the Rikti at one point.

Don't worry so much about those who say "you must play this way, you must only play the AT in this fashion, with these powersets". He's off having fun his way, you have fun yours. If you are ever on Victory, look me up. I have lots of alts who would be more than happy to team with your eng/eng.

Mine seems to be charging fine, but then I have alot of alts so each one can get a decent about of "downtime".

A grav/kin is my first 50. I always thought of her as a Jedi, better on teams, prone to buffing, more defensive than offensive.

Yeah. Example: You have an alt who does not have KB protection. You can build temp buff that grants it!

I want teleport pads, a med bay, salvage storage, empowerment buff station and an inspiration storage unit for when you are on a TF.

Mids bowed out due to RL, which no one can escape from. Steiner kindly stepped up. I don't think that lack of appreciation prompted Mids stepping down. Real life can really grab you by the throat sometime.
