I know. It's even better when people blame an aspect of the game (mostly PvP) for another part of the game being changed when the devs have gone on record and said that wasn't the case.

    This is relevant

Hey Fujita! What does the scouter say about his art level?

That's the weird thing is that Koschej couldn't find anything on it. Usually, when someone is banned, there is a report filled out listing why, etc. Went over his posting history for the last two weeks and nothing, which wasn't surprising since Grinnz was probably as ideal of a poster as you could get. It was supposedly banned from one of the non-named mods (one with a number at the time) but with no report to follow up on, they wouldn't un-ban him.

Yeah. JRanger used to post detailed explanations on why certain suggestions were bad and such, but eventually got tired of the effort involved (which was a lot around that time, so many bad ideas put out...) so he just started posting "no."

The crazy part was he was banned for a rule that didn't specifically exist until after he was banned for it. Though not as bad as Grinnz, who was literally banned for no reason. The community team at the time could not find a reason behind why he was banned, it just sort of happened, but they refused to lift the ban anyways.

    Doom McLean

I guess this is relevant again.
  7. I would. If the modified it so that things like TFs could be started solo and kept everything else the same as now, I'd likely never stop.
  8. Sounds like an NC Soft exec. Oh, and an accessory to a crime.
  9. If you made it, I'd be there. You were always a pleasure to converse with, Marcian.

How you want to run it is up to you. If you want mod help, I'll gladly offer my assistance.
  10. This picture actually depicts over 100 characters. The thing is most of them are stalkers, so you can't see them.
  11. Glacia, my Ice/SS tank that was made as soon as you could make a character in the headstart.

    PWNZ, lolwut

He's on my Steam friends list too.

    Also, this

  13. You and Fearghas share an intense high-five
  14. To expand, each of the auras have a "tick" duration which runs a hit roll every five seconds or so. Since it counts as an offensive action, this will reset your timer to re-hide with every tick. It can also interrupt your next attack after placate if you aren't fast enough. With the changes to assassin's focus, this isn't as debilitating as it once was.

All that said, /Dark can be very potent on a stalker, particularly with IO's. The Theft of Essence proc in Dark Regen is a godsend, and there's a lot of ways to layer defenses on top of your resists which are then bolstered by that amazing heal.
  15. I think I'd much rather have it on Converters instead of Catalysts simply because of the rate that they drop. You can get Converters at all levels and apply them when an attuned IO would be most useful rather than waiting until 50 for Catalysts to drop.

Maybe five, or possibly three with an attached inf sink.
  17. Based on EvilGeko's suggestion here

Instead of putting all IO's to an attuned system (which some are opposed to), how about we get the option to make an IO attuned with enhancement converters? For three converters, we can change an IO to an attuned version of itself.
  18. The build in the picture is for a stalker. Not too far from a scrapper, but the OP should take that into account.
  19. Those might not be as bad in the future, though something with Build Up would likely serve you better. The changes to snipes could make a big difference.
  20. Blasters are quite good. Dark, Fire, and Psi can be devastating. I'd look into one of those if you want to make a serious PvP build without throwing inf away on something substandard.
