Convert to Attuned

Based on EvilGeko's suggestion here

Instead of putting all IO's to an attuned system (which some are opposed to), how about we get the option to make an IO attuned with enhancement converters? For three converters, we can change an IO to an attuned version of itself.

"the reason there are so many sarcastic pvpers is we already had a better version of pvp taken away from us to appease bad players. Back then we chuckled at how bad players came here and whined. If we knew that was the actual voice devs would listen to instead of informed, educated players we probably would have been bigger dicks back then." -ConFlict

I'm not against this idea, but this would be A) a huge pain to code (i assume) and B) probably cost more than three, which is the cost for an in-set conversion. Maybe five?

Maybe five, or possibly three with an attached inf sink.

This is a pretty amazing idea, especially since I seem to have terrible luck trying to use the converters to convert.

What's that game? Confuse IOs on my scrapper? Gee thanks RNG!

Great idea!

The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.

I like this idea a lot. Nicely done, Reiraku.

Either converters, or maybe finally another use for those Enhancement Catalysts that keep dropping even though I have no use for any more than 6 on a character and can't move them to another character that could. (Yes I know another set is coming soon but that just brings it up to 12 IF I use the sets)

I think I'd much rather have it on Converters instead of Catalysts simply because of the rate that they drop. You can get Converters at all levels and apply them when an attuned IO would be most useful rather than waiting until 50 for Catalysts to drop.
