True, I mostly meant that when they show up to give you a bank mission after doing some radios, they ought to show up wherever you have your radio in this case.

Burst of Speed from the upcoming Martial Combat set is basically a flash step.

I just want the supposed jetpack-based travel power to not spawn a jetpack on your back itf you already have a backpack.
  3. A good idea. Shift the radio/paper and detectives under the repeatable tab too of course.
  4. Just keep in mind you can only take one 'Specialized' pool per character. So you'd have to pick one origin pool.

if you think you'd have fun with it, go for it. That's why we have alternate builds and the like.

The whole premise is great, but this could make Masterminds a lot more popular. I don't play them much personally, but this would be a great way to use the temp power tray. Each MM Primary could provide a small attack power from the first upgrade, and a small auto-buff from the second perhaps? Don't have the temp powers be affected by enhancements like other temp powers, but it could be useful.

I figure the attack power would have a handful of charges, like a maximum of 5, while the auto power would last until the MM leaves the team or the target dies, like the upgrades on henchmen act.

    Some ideas-
Bots- Photon Grenade, Armor Plating (Lethal Resist)
Demons- Arcane Bolt, Ember Boost (+Fire/Cold Resist)
Mercs- Frag Grenade, Nightvision Goggles (+Perception/+ToHit)
Beasts- Fang Dagger/Throwing Knife, Primal Rage (Damage boost?)
Thugs- Molotov Cocktail, Safety In Numbers (+Def per teammate nearby?)
    Ninjas- Shurikens, Ninja Vanish (+Stealth)
Zombies- Dark Blast, Plaguebearer (Adds very minor toxic damage to all attacks)

I mean, the numbers would have to be tiny, but it would really make MMs more interesting as teammates.
  6. Not the worst idea I've ever heard. Different Merits would be of different values of course. I imagine Vanguard would actually be the lowest tier, for example, since it's actually rather easy to get tons of them. I mean, consider that you can get hundreds in a single mothership raid, but killing the rikti Gm there gets you what, 4 reward merits? So something like, 100 Vanguard Merits to 1 Reward Merit would be a likely rate of exchange.

Exchanging the coupons for other coupons would be nice too, though I personally don't use them.
  7. This issue looks like it's going to be awesome, and i can't wait. Hopefully I'll have time to finish up Mecha Armor and get Fire and Ice before it goes live and bumps Fire and Ice off the chart.

  9. The obvious choice is to combine it with thrown weapons and create a true Belmont Assault Powerset.

Start with the Whip attacks we have. Add the Castlevania sub weapons (Throwing Knives, Throwing Axe, Holy Water, Holy Book, Boomerang Cross) And we practically have an Assault/Manipulation set.

It'll never happen, and would be amazing, but yeah.
  10. This is a pretty amazing idea, especially since I seem to have terrible luck trying to use the converters to convert.

What's that game? Confuse IOs on my scrapper? Gee thanks RNG!

There's the Organic Armor Sword from the old Mutant pack, and a couple beam rifle weapons are sorta Biological-looking. but yeah, some other sets don't really have much for that.

Well, Females have a mini-vest that very genie-ish available. But I get your point.

The trick with packs like that would be avoiding any sort of stereotypes with it.
  13. I did both First Ward and Night Ward on my Kin Melee/Energy Aura Scrapper. Went fairly smoothly, though some parts of Night Ward were rough.

The powersets go together rather well thematically too.

Maybe revamp the first three zones to be more well, interesting, and turn the final, most treacherous zone into an incarnate Zone? Would be easier than having to add a whole new zone.

No, just whatever side they happened to be on at the time. (If you're in the isles, you're doing it as a villain.)
Which implies that these trials can't be started in co-op zones, which means it's not very likely you'd ever get enough people for the redside versions on most servers.

A good idea, plagued by the issues of server population.
  16. The question becomes can they limit the level range of said attunement? Since there are no sets that go from 1 to 50.

I'd be all for this though, it would make Set IOs a ton more usable, and make drops much more valuable before 50, since most of the time, no one buys an IO that isn't max level.

Do it with Generic IOs too for that matter.
  17. Certainly seems like it might be possible without taking up another 'node' on the model, if it works the same way brooches for capes do. Would require adjustment to the creator of course, but there's already some precedent for having two selections under belts since there are a few differing options for the 'Standard' belt.

Not sure I'd actually use this, but I wouldn't object either.
  18. Maybe they could apply the same tech that lets us color the inside and outside of a cape separately to color the hat and hair separately? Replacing the skin tone tab with a second color tab?

Though I suppose they'd have to remap the colors on all the hats...

Custom would be nice, but it would be a LOT of work for the dev team, because it'd basically be creating an entirely new system at the end of the incarnate system.

Another incarnate power style I'd like to see is that's effectively a 'Tier 10' power for your primary powerset. Still a lot of work, but it's One power per primary,a nd some primaries are shared sooo...

Bots? Your robots combine into one massive robot and gain all new attacks.

Titan Weapons? An Upgraded build momentum that has a damage and recharge boost attached to it.

Super Strength? You can finally throw a car at someone.
  20. Not a bad set of ideas. Though I wouldn't mind seeing the Glue Mortar the PPD has in the set somewhere, it would make it stand out a little bit more.
  21. I'm guessing on of the higher slots will be a hugely powerful Single-Target Attack. The Core side being Melee, and Radial Side being ranged for various damage types and effects.

I don't know about you guys, but I want to shoot friendship lasers or perform screaming jump kicks or punch something into nothing so hard that nothing breaks or simply use ALL the rocket fists.

We have our over the top AoE, we need our over the top Single Target.

No. That's stupid reasoning. Oh, and Villains can't get them AT ALL unless they side switch. Which is, oh look, time consuming and a faff. For one costume piece.

Hell, stick them on the damn store, since I see that as a more likely outcome. I would honestly pay cash for the convenience of NOT having to do those frelling TFs for one piece that I would like to use without massive faff...
More people do the TFs for the Accolade than the costume piece. They just really need to revamp the TFs, starting with Synapse.
  23. Best option i see would be to use the old animations only on your widow costume and force it to use the standard widow claws, but every other costume uses standard claws animations and weapons.
