I do no have mids' hero designer, I have a mac, is there another way to view it

The burst damage isn't going to be as good as sharks, but I figured if you want to run around and tag people from range its not that bad.
The build in the picture is for a stalker. Not too far from a scrapper, but the OP should take that into account.
