I'm looking for an expensive build that will destroy in pvp. I don't have mids and have no faith in my pvp build making experience.

I see teleport on there, will that be used at all in the build or is it just for the knockback protection. Also, I'm a mind/fire dom, I enjoy the stealth, invis, phase shift. Could I replace hibernate combat jumping and something else for that instead, or is that a big deal?

I was thinking about this earlier, I still need a mind/fire pvp build and was thinking of ideas myself and was not sure what was a better choice, the PVP IOS or the Purple IO's. What do you guys say?

I know that Fire has got to be by far the best secondary in PVP. But does it matter what the primary is? I chose Ice because of its slow effects, but I do see a lot of fire/fire doms. Just curious on what you guys think because pvping with my spines/regen scrapper does not seem to be going well even though I spent around 12 bil on it. Regardless, even if I fixed it, regens are still pretty much unbeatable. ESPECIALLY BRUTES!!!

Seriously we need to nerf the brute regens and maybe even the scraps a bit, i cannot stand it. I'm upset I even made that character lol.

If you guys don't mind, I do not have COH mid planner. If you could make me a build that is Ice/Fire Dom with perma dom and really damage based. I actually want to kill something in pvp for once.

Hi Guys,

I recently asked for a spine regen scrapper build and got great help on that, turned out to be a great pvper. Only downside is that over 70% of people use the same secondary and regen is just so overpowered. I wanted to change it up a bit and go to Dark/Cold corrupter to snipe some baddies hiding in there base and to use the cold secondary to knock out there endurance and slow them down so they are not all powerful.

I would like this build to be very heavy on slow, recharge, survivability, and damage if possible or if u have any suggestions, let me know. I'd like this to be a relatively cheap build and mainly focused on getting pvp IO's.

P.S. I DO NOT HAVE MIDS HERO DESIGNER SINCE I RUN A MAC

my knowledge on making a pvp build is quite terrible. I am just getting back on and wanted to turn my scrapper (Spines/regen) into a pvper, also i am running a mac so i cant even test make a build. Could someone make a good build so I can test it out. Thanks

PS I dont care if the build is super expensive
