I recently asked for a spine regen scrapper build and got great help on that, turned out to be a great pvper. Only downside is that over 70% of people use the same secondary and regen is just so overpowered. I wanted to change it up a bit and go to Dark/Cold corrupter to snipe some baddies hiding in there base and to use the cold secondary to knock out there endurance and slow them down so they are not all powerful.
I would like this build to be very heavy on slow, recharge, survivability, and damage if possible or if u have any suggestions, let me know. I'd like this to be a relatively cheap build and mainly focused on getting pvp IO's.
P.S. I DO NOT HAVE MIDS HERO DESIGNER SINCE I RUN A MAC
