I see teleport on there, will that be used at all in the build or is it just for the knockback protection. Also, I'm a mind/fire dom, I enjoy the stealth, invis, phase shift. Could I replace hibernate combat jumping and something else for that instead, or is that a big deal?

Its mostly a set mule but can double as an extra escape power from time to time if you evade early.

I just went with hiber because most of my builds are made with arena pvp in mind and not worrying as much about zones. You could easily go phase over hiber and drop a few powers. (Carrion creepers being one, as I just put it there to mess with MM's)

When I fought a plant troller carrion creepers while confused made it much harder to target (I am tab targeter). In fact every time I would get confused I would just high tail it out of there and reset attack

Sleet is pretty boss in the mako patron pool.

You mentioned tab targeting. I play off and on and wanted to make sure nothing else has become available for targeting better ie macro or closest/furthest target ect. I have been dueling psi/em blasters and I spend half the match just trying to reaquire my target due to placate procs.

I'm not sure if you are aware but there is an option under key binds to target the nearest enemy; I only started using it for a little while before I stopped playing CoH but used it throughout the entire time I played GW, which is since the release as it comes as a default bind.

I'm sure that would be a better way to re-target a psy blaster after being placated.
