I think Visual Sounds were delayed until they could implement Visual Smells as well.

*conveniently ignores different scalar values for attacks in poor attempt at joke*
It must not be 180 degrees out, the Dominator ranged modifier is 84.4% of the Blaster version instead of 80%. The difference is probably because they went with the same tinting as the in-set Bone Smasher and Total Focus which are more pure than the Blaster versions so get a 5% bonus. >.>
