Let the board mods / Community Specialist know you are taking over (send them a PM) and see if there is anything they can do to help. I'm sure they understand how vital the program is to some of the community and would be willing to work with you on highlighting releases and other important info.

I'd love to get some support from the Community Leaders, however... I honestly hate the idea of being another burden on their already stressful jobs and functions.
So in that light I will be creating a Mids' exclusive progress RSS feed... I use a script called "Collabtive", it's an awesome lightweight script that lets anyone see the progress I'm making on a given project. The best part about this script, is it has a fully recursive RSS feed that anyone can access.
I'm seriously thinking that is the only idea I have to mainstream its progress to everyone and not just Titan's users.
You guys (and gals, 
) are crazy supportive and it's nice to know how welcome I've been in the light of my overall inactivity on the Official Boards.

I can't give it a time-frame really... I have to have Mids walk me through the code's thought process before I can try and tackle any major updates... but within the next 2 weeks we should have an i14 compliant version spun out. Can't be said enough. Mids' Hero Planner is the casual player's bestest friend. Makes me almost look like I know what I'm doing out there in the field.

Yes I too will say thanks to Mids' program I as well have been using Mids for a while now and when I'm bored or thinking of a new character to do, I launch Mids and plan out the build. It's really fun to see/think how "uber" the character can/will be....
To be honest it's 'more fun' for me to do a new character in Mids than it is to do in the actual game....in the actual game I don't get all the nice purple-y IOs (or set IOs in general) :P Plus I can go all the way to lvl 50 in a matter of a minute!

I've found this to be the most useful tool for CoH. I wish I had seen this earlier. Just wanted to say "Thanks" to Mids for all his hard work.
Just catching the title, my reaction was "Oh no I just re-subscribed what will I do!". That probably gives an indication of how vital and important and useful Mids Designer is to me.
Mids is the easiest character creator that I have *ever* used. Considering the sheer width of options available in CoX (powers, slotting, sets etc) that is a great testament to the developer.
It's good to hear that the program will be continued to be developed in it's current offline format and will remain true to how Mids has developed over the Issues.
Thank you, Mids for all of your efforts. Best of luck with RL and let's hope that it allows you to return soon.
